I ordered food and received food on Friday that was rotten and had mold on the bread ,since I have logged 3 complaints that my food was rotten and had mold on it and no one has so much as contacted me , I have deleted the Mr D app and would much rather use uber eats as Mr D does not seem to care that they are delivering rotten food to their customers
I ordered on the 5th of Jan a few items from netjewel my order number ********** 70 one being a birthday present for my best friend from her boyfriend I helped him pick a pinky promise Pandora charm among other jewels , the promise date was to be delivered on the 10th and that was 100% because her birthday was the 11th. the next day netjewel emailed me that one of my products will only be ready the 13th but luckily not her birthday present I phoned and told them that fine , so come yesterday the 10th my charms was delivered and instead of a heart pinky promise charm I received some round looking blue and pink stone charm , I phoned them no problem I must just send a picture of the product I received NB this was yesterday morning at 8am by 2pm I sent an email again asking any news?? no reply so I sent the lady that first emailed me telling me my other product will be ready on thursday AGAIN STILL NO REPLY so now its my best friends birthday her boyfriend is furious with me suggesting to order from net jewel he has no present for her and no one is getting back to me maybe they should concentrate more on customer service than the advert they keep on playing on the radio that they are the go to place to order for special occasions next time I will no count on them if it comes to my friends and family special occasions
What an unpleasant experience , my pay date have changed and today i get a call that I haven't paid but the best of all is i have emailed them in may to say my pay date changed the rudest woman phoned named Norma when i told her i have to forward that email to her as i did but she gave me the wrong email address I at least had the desentcy to phone back and say the email came back she sighed at me and read her email to me like I am an idiot child , maybe your customer service should get a decent upgrade the people working for you are a joke, i emailed in 2016 as well asking for a paid up letter still waiting so maybe check your emails first before phoning people with your ****py attitude after all with out us you would be out of your job that you take for granted
the first and very last time I will TRY to book with Mango, since yesterday I have been trying to make an online booking for Sunday from O.R Tambo to Capetown only reason I was willing to give them a try was because they price was very good , yesterday I made my booking selected my seat and ready to make my payment but it does not want go to the payment page I cancelled and tried again, then my seat was taken so I phoned and asked for help to receive my reference number still no luck getting into the payment page ok fair enough I decided to try again today maybe the Mango website was just offline and by my surprise they cancelled my booking so same story I selected my seat and ready to pay the web site still stuck so now Ive given up and phone to ask for help I speak to a very abrupt bombastic lady by the name of Ingret asking what I want to do and the more I try to explain I just want to pay my booking I understand that the booking from yesterday was cancelled but surely the one from this morning cant be cancelled so convinced me to re-rook and wow to my surprise the price went up R300??????? what?? within an hour so now I must pay a higher price because the website doesn't allow you to make payments? Is this some kind of scheme to pretend that they are cheap but keep on cancelling the booking until a few days before and then you must pay the higher price? When I told Ingret I will then rather book with SAFAIR because they are cheaper then in that cause she answered me sarcastically so seems like MANGO makes enough money they dont have to care about customer care or helping new customers by the looks of it
I do all of my families banking and last week I was out of town and tried logging into online banking from my cellphone in result they blocked all of our accounts and given it over to the fraud department, I phoned and was told that we should go into the bank to re-open our accounts. So Saturday the 23/09/2017 we went into the Lambton Branch and Andrew helped us re-open our accounts scanning our finger prints ext, but to my surprise that was not the end of it last night it tried logging in from my phone and whala they blocked our accounts again so I phoned this morning and they said I should go BACK to the Branch AGAIN???? because I did not login from my laptop and my phone or some ridiculous excuse. So I spoke to my family and the best result is going into the bank again and closing our accounts we cannot go into the bank every week to re-open our accounts because its reported as "Fraud" the reason we have online banking is for convenience and having to waste 2 hours of my life going into a Branch every week so thanks for the absolute Honorable service we received from your Fraud call center and unwillingness to help you just lost 4 customers well done FNB
In 2013 I bought on credit at incredible connection, I settled my account 29/01/2014 and had no problems since then till today when I received my credit report and to my surprise there it shows that I still owe JDG Hi Finance money. I tried to phone and sort this out but it seems like no one is willing to help me, I want them to close that account like they were suppose to do when I settled the account back in 2014 now this affects my credit score
I have asked previously that African bank can remove my number from there systems because they keep on calling me and asking for somebody I DO NOT KNOW!!! for more than a year now and easily put I am fed up with it how hard can it be to remove my number from an account that does not belong to me?Best of all I have an account at African Bank with MY NUMBER so how can 2 accounts with different account holders have the same number? but today a lady called and asked again to speak to this man that is owing african bank and I am a lady so clearly I am not the person she is looking for I asked her do I sound like this person you are looking for she told me I am stupid and when I asked her what her name was she dropped the phone in my ear I would like to know who this lady is and were does african bank find these people to phone customers that does not have any phone etiquette or do they just hire any un educated person of the street, I work for a large company that owns a group of companies and if any other person calls anybody customer or positional customer stupid they will be dealt with accordingly or does african bank simply dont care?
