Vodacom is de*****ing me yet again. Doing upgrades and no upgrade received! When calling in no one wants to help! No one knows whats going on.
Still no response from Vodacom! Being told Im not a customer! But you take my money every month. My numbers on old system. Being treated like ****! I spend lota of money with vodacom and nobody wants to aort out my issues! Ombudsman will be given a call!
I have been asking for 2 weeks for help. Everytime I call Im told sorry you on old system not new someone will call me back. Till date no one calls me back. Trying to upgrade waiting forever!
Poor service Delivered 1 hrs ago on app and received food an hour later Sushi is all squashed When complaining to manager he calls me babes!!!!!
I have been trying for 3 days to dispute a upgrade quotation so I can do an upgrade on one of my lines. Vodacom is refusing to help. They are letting ****mers upgrade with my info and I cant cancel the upgrade? Im the one paying. Getting lawyers involved please be aware Vodacom ****ming people!
They charged me twice for one ticket. I asked them to cancel the one cause it was their system that did it they told me it's non refundable. Seriously how many people do they catch like this?
I have been a loyal customer for years and I never claim. My vehicle was broken into and almost ******. I had people in my yard which is stressful. Now after all I have been through my insurer is giving me a harder time than the people who broke into my car. I feel like I am bing ****** all over again. Refusing to sort out my issue. Refusing to approve repairs. Giving me the run around. Always just saying "this is not acceptable Mrs Munro" and "we will sort this out" but till date nothing has been rectified. I want people to know to run as far away as possible from these *********** insurers, if we can call them insurers. Worst service with no resolution.
I am a paying customer. Logged a complaint in December 2023. Yesterday got the first call from Legal wise to ask me do I still need help. How about I was still sitting in jail to call me now eight months later to ask if I need help? This is seriously poor service.
Been waiting almost 3 weeks for order and when I am suppose to get order they cancel. Then tell me I can use my money on next order! Worst service! And to top it off it was for a less priveledged school to make entrepreneurs for Valentines day. Now these kids have nothing! Disgusting service
Good afternoon 0791615954 is the number in question. I have now called every dept from after sales to upgrades to customer service and each group gives me a run around. No one wants to accept or know how to fix. In October I tried to add the apple watch 9 to my 0791615954 number. I waited for 3 weeks and nothing only to find out that there was an issue on the system and we could not add it. I eventually spoke to a supervisor who told me that this will be cancelled. I have the emails etc to prove it. Then I went in store at a Vodashop and on my 0741393670 they helped me do a add on and I received the Apple watch 9. It is being billed on my 0841393670 number. Yesterday I opened my accounts and see that on both my acc I am being billed for 2 watches. I have not received 2 watches. How is this even possible. Yet again there is a ***** dispute and I am going to get a lawyer involved. This is not acceptable. You need to fix this *****. This is seriously ridiculous.
