I was so hurt and disappointed on Saturday evening when I went to Chelsea Spar in New Germany, within 5 minutes in the shop my son started complaining about his tummy, I could see that my child was in some kind of pain and quickly went and asked the security gentlemen to use the bathroom who then told me to ask the manager, at that time my son was getting worse. I went and asked the manager on duty and he flatly told me "the toilet is not for people like you, its for my staff". I told him I just want the toilet for my sick son (8yrs) and he just said "try next door". I had to drive home and unfortunately my son could not hold himself any longer and messed himself. We've been using this store from when my babies were two, now they 8 and we had to part ways with the store upon realizing that the management does not care about people.
I visited Checkers store at Tongaat Mall and WOW, the service I received there was the best, the staff was very friendly, I dealt with a lady at the bakery, a gentlemen where they have fried fish, the teller and his lovely assistant and and the supervisor, plus some ladies that were standing there. I bought a few products and a small cake which was very nice and fresh @R39. I then visited other two Checkers stores hoping to get the same cake, *** was I not disappointed? Anyways I was really happy with the store @ Tongaat, Keep up the good work!
1. Registered and a month later I still have not received study materials, every time I follow up I never get straight answers. 2. I submitted assignment last year November, I never received feedback except, I have email trails yet no one is giving me straight answers. 3. Another student was given my results a while back, again no one ever told me why was my results shared with another person. I am so disappointed as I trusted Milpark yet I just keep getting disappointed more and more.
It is so disappointing how Pink'n Pay ASAP delivers old products, if not that they will deliver orders 5 hours later. Not reliable at all! You will order much rooms and they will deliver mushrooms with that day's date as best buy, something they know very well you wouldn't take at the store. While doing that then deliver your order 5 hours later and i guess you expected to consume the soon to be off product.
Woolies Westwood Mall at Durban Westville. The shop never disappoints, I'm even happier with the staff, they very friendly, from the Guard at the entrance to the staff in all departments, they always visible and friendly.
I'm so disappointed with Makro Springfield Durban, I bought juices which were advertised (12x1L) and when I got to Makro I was given only 1x1L, when I asked for why one bottle when the add said 12x1L I was flatly told "That is not our problem but head office, speak to them" and they refused to give me the juice. On top of that the gentlemen said I will call you on Monday and advise you on the progress of your refund since they refused to give me what I had ordered and requested refund. Only if I knew how to attach images here I would as Makro is bullying us with our orders, deliveries take long, terrible customer service. Honestly I'm disappointed in them.
I have not been to the Lewis in a very long while however on the 09th of Feb. an enquiry was done on my name by someone from Lewis stores. Thanks to Transunion for the notification. I wonder why would someone do an enquiry on my name without my knowledge nor consent.
Metropolitan are the biggest crooks, called them about information in my policy, got the information I need and was asked to send an email to activate my premium holidays, but Metropolitan decided to cancel my policy. To date I've been sending complaints and even asked for the Ombudsman details but they only responded once saying someone will call me and no one has ever called. All I want now is all the premiums I paid of they do not reinstate my policy those crooks.
I'm very disappointed with Debonairs Pizza Smith street. I ordered a ,eat triple decker with extra cheese, the pizza came looking terrible, it was sooo dry it wasn't even funny, its was flat, the cheese was less than the normal cheese not to mention the extra, the bottom layer had about two pieces of meat and that was the end of the pizza. I paid a whole R180 for such nonsense.
I took my then sick son to the sister's cosultation rooms which looks more like a doctors room with the bed and to my surprise she refused when we wanted to change the baby's napkin. She clearly stated that we must go out and look for a place where we can change the child, her room is not for that. I really found this very unprofessional and selfish as she's supposed to know that sick children wil have special demands due to nature of sicknesses they have.
