I had a jungle bar this afternoon after church. Luckily, I broke the bar unto a small piece before I ate it. When I looked on the chocolate jungle bar there was something that looked like blue nail paint inside, I first though maybe it's the wrap because it's also blue but upon inspecting it I saw that it was blue nail paimt peal or a peace of paint that fell onto the bar while being made. I'm shocked that these bars which are supposed to healthy are made with filthy fuman hands without gloves, you are making us eat germs. This is shocking to say the least. I booked a kiddies party at Cors Dinners. I paid for 20 kids, however on the day of the party 12 kids were present to which I alerted the waiter that was attending to us and advised that the number of kids have reduced, he advised that I will have to take all the food that I paid for. I advised that I want a refund because my guests also bought food and there was no need to me to take food for 8 people home, I want a refund for the food that was not used. I then spoke to the owner+27 71 121 8325 asking him for my money back, he keeps giving me a run around, it's been a month. Then he started threatening me with his lawyers. Such bad customer services, not impressed at all with the treatment received.
A guy but the name of Courie Fourie, did a presentation regard holiday options with potential of earning R7000 monthly so I paid the R8500 into his account as he presented himself under what sounded like a legitimate business since I paid my deposit this guy keeps making excuses when I ask him about payments
I logged a complaint over 3 weeks ago,regarding RCS over charging me for a Game account that I've been paying for the past 5 years for Items I bought to the value of R10 000 but have already over R50 000 but no one is saying anything from RCS when ever I query this as it looks like there's *****ule activity on my account, no one is investigating it, no one is communicating anything despite of all complaints logged also on email.Very disappointed about how these complaints have been ignorered
According to my statement the municipality owes me the amount below. Statement Date04-11-2024 Due Date04-11-2024 The Municipality has not responded to me regarding my refund, as they kept sending me incorrect statement which is how I ended up paying over. They are not even correcting my statement even after I sent them a complaint nor did they share information regarding how the over paid amount will be offset against my future bill. This is very unsettling as they seem to have unskilled personal who can't manage our accounts properly. Game stores over charging people who buy items from them In 2019 I bought a TV which cost R10 000, and have been paying installments of between R900 and R1500 monthly since 2019, which means Ive paid over R50 000, However whenever I ask for a staments to see my outstanding balance I'm told this information cannot be shared at the shop. I eventually called their call centre and requested a statement, I spoke to a very arrogant customer services agent who very abruptly told me the statement is system generated and it will automatically send to my email within 24 hours. Needless to say the email did not come through 3 days later there was still nothing.Two weeks later I received an sms saying that I have an outstanding balance of R1200. I had been calculating that this is not right as I'd been paying monthly since 2019, meaning to date I've paid over R50 000 for a debt worth R10 000. Yet the sms came through stating that the outstanding amount of R1200 but when I called the store I was told the remaining dept was R22 000, It's like they don't know what they are doing. They don't speak the same language. Game seems to be ****ming people who can't stand up for themselves. Their business dealings are ************, how can they not share information about outstanding balances with their customers, not even email outstanding balance on statements, it seems like they just guess an amount. I want all this money back that I've been pay over 5 years. I then received a call stating that the issue is actually with RCS ad the provide the finance. So I need a thorough explanation of what happened to all the money paid every month over the 5 years Thank you

I had a claim submitted on the car warranty, initially the quote was submitted by one dealer Innovation group approved a cover of R20 000, However,I then changed the dealership that was going to fix my car and when the new dealer submitted their quote they were told that innovation group would only cover R9 000 however the total cost for fixing amounted to R29 000. This is day light ******* by Innovation why on earth will the cover be reduced by 50% a week later when another dealership submits. They don't live up to their promised. IM NOT IMPRESSED ABOUT THE SERVICE! NO One called me to provide an update of what is being done about the approval on the warranty cover Over and above that. I had to call the contact centre only to get through to their agents who offer very bad service, when I called their call centre I was put from pillar to post, being put on hold for more than 15 minutes until I dropped the call, had to call 4 times before I got the information regarding the approval. Im mot impressed as they fail to deliver when it's time for them to pay. Yes it's ok when they are still debating without fail
Medical aid casualty had to be paid out of pocket, this was a bad experience
