I have ordered from them a couple of times and I will keep making use of them. Customer Service is GREAT! Quick and prompt responses. The packaging is so special...Keep up the good work guys!!
If I can rate them a zero I would. I've always had issues with their accounts department. I've told so many people about my bad experience and it seems like I am not the only one. I will in future refuse to make use of their services and rather ask for another service provider. My accounts are always a mess. I've been keeping track of my payments yet I received a message stating that there is a refund due to me. I ignored the message as I know what my statement said and I know what I paid and according to my records I still owed them a certain amount. I kept on paying them. We unfortunately had to make use of their service again (I didn't owe anything by that time) so I received the statement, made a payment arrangement and start paying. All of a sudden I am in arrears, the payments I made was never allocated to my account - It took time out of my day setting out my payments with the dates and amounts because of their accounts department not doing their job properly. After phone calls and emails ''I cannot make an arrangement anymore due to the age of the accounts ''My account was 2 months old AND I STARTED MAKING PAYMENTS IMMEDIATELY THE MONTH I RECEIVED THE STATEMENT AND I MADE AN ARRANGEMENT''...I didn't stop making payments however they handed me over. Pathetic service. Ill avoid making use of their service as much as far as possible - I know of a couple of people who will do the same as they also have issues after issues.

I applied for a MTN cell phone contract on Monday 3 July 2017, the deal that I applied for, consisted of the LG G6 + 64 GB sd Card + the LG K4. After my phone arrived I saw that I didn't receive the LG K4, and the courier advised me to go to the store and query about it, as this was the only package he got to deliver, so I went to the store (to the same lady where I applied for my contract), she advised me to go to a MTN direct store, and that they will give me the phone. As I live in a small town and we do not have a MTN Direct close, the closest MTN Direct store is 150km away, so that weekend we drove to the Rustenburg Mall, I went into the first store and the lady said that I need to go to MTN Direct and she explain to me where MTN Direct is, I went there and the guy behind the counter (who was no very friendly) sent me back to the store where I applied for my contract, and he said that the whole package should be sent back from the store and that the contract will be cancelled and it will take up to a month to be sorted and then the same deal will also not even be available. At this point I was already unhappy about the service (and I was a new client). I went back to the lady where I applied and she have send the email regarding my query, she also said that the phone will be on backorder and it will take up to a week. After a week - still no phone, so she said that there is no stock, so then I decided to send an email to MTN Customer service, attached with a letter explaining the whole situation and necessary documentation and up till now, no one have contacted me. (the letter was dated 2017/07/10). I still have the letter and email. If you look at the time frame...from July 2017 that I applied for the contract and I have sent an email with a letter and I went to the MTN Store in our town, the lady always says ''I have sent an email to them'' ''there's no stock'' EVERY TIME it is another story, I probably went to the MTN Store 12 times and every time its something else. I went to the store about 2 weeks ago ONCE AGAIN and I also said to the lady that no one asked or contacted me asking me to take out an insurance, so the lady said to me that its over 3 months I cant apply for a insurance cover on the phone from MTN Now anymore. I think MTN is doing false advertising to attract customers, but I want to cancel my contract, and according to the government gazette I am liable to do so, I will no longer be good enough to pay for something I didn't receive. The poor service I have received thus far, is just beyond unacceptable - If I can call it service, because there was no service at all - I will rather go back to my previous service provider.
I have sent an email to cancel my Affinity Health medical plan, where the friendly employee of Affinity contacted me and asked me the normal security questions and also asked me if I have a rescue plan, we had a discussion and after the discussion I have received the email as promised. Very helpful and friendly, quick responses and professional service. Thank you Mumtaz Patel for your great customer service.
I Bought my fianc? a pair of boots on the 22nd of November 2015. They did not have it in stock, his birthday was on 26 Nov 2015, so I asked them when are the package going to arrive, whereby they said 3 working days. I contacted them couple of times since Wednesday last week and each time they take my details and say ''we will check and call you back'' until today NO ONE contacted me back until I contacted them once again today with NO PARCEL! I told the guy that I am going to have them credit the amount back to my account. We had a wedding the past weekend whereby I needed to buy other boots as well as another present on my fianc?s birthday. Very poor service.
We bought a suspension shock at Goldwagen RTB. When we took our BMW to have the shock set in, they finished it and reset our car, then the shock did not work. My fianc? informed Goldwagen, whereby they replied by saying that we need to send the shock back, order and PAY for a new one and they will have the other shock tested and if it is a fault on their side and the shock is a dud, then only will they refund us. The shock does not even have oil or any damage on it. They received their money and we need to buy a NEW ONE OF R2900. We wanted to go on vacation with the car and cant because of their bad service. Ill never make use of them again in my life. What if they never send the shock and say its ''our fault'' we loose our money and have to buy one anyway. Very unhappy about it!
After I have sent an email in OCTOBER 2015 AND SPOKEN TO 2 CONSULTANTS, stating that I am cancelling my policy due to a better offer, they still deducted a premium. I went to reverse and stopped it, and spoke to ANOTHER CONSULTANT, after 2 days they ONCE AGAIN deducted a premium. Its costs they never will reimburse me for and I would not refer anybody to them, they are unprofessional and not fully compatible to assist.
