They falsly advertised my vechile advertised as a platinum with no issues and said road worthy passed when i got the car reverse camera reverse lights was not working and release baring was giving issues they now ingoring my calls and dont give a update on repair
I purchased something in november the product is faulty but makro does not want to return it I went to store within 14 days they told me i must do it online and online tell me i must go to store i just lost my money

I visited your store today to lay a complaint 2 weeks ago i purchased 2 tins of sued renovator from your store but before i purchased i asked 1 of the sales assistants for some guidance on what 1 to buy he the informed me that i should take a black 1 as i have a black shoe after paying he took the tin and wanted to show me how it works he then sprayed it on both my shoes , it is then when the black spray reached the sole of the shoe that was white i did not say anything i then asked how will i get it off then then told me gave me from the wipes and told me to rub it off however after wiping it just damaged the shoe more. I ONLY USE TO WEAR THE TAKKIE ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS BUT NOW I CANNOT EVEN WEAR IT AT ALL IF IT WAS NOT FOR A UNTRAINED STAFF MEMEBER WHO WENT TO GO SPRAY ON MY SHOE WITHOUT ME ASKING . I WAS TOLD TODAY HE WAS A CASUAL AND DID NOT YET GET PROPER TRAINING HENCE MY R2500 TAKKIE IS NOW WORTH NOTHING. I have also emailed there customer care and regional manager no response was givenn my calls are being avoided as customer care is a cellphone number they keep say higher management will get back to me Please tell me how you guys plan to reimburse me for this or how you guys plan to fix the error if not please be sure i will be going to the papers and making a case aswell. They keep telling me i need to pay them when i pay on my app they take the money from my account and still tell me i owe them the same amount they robbing me
If i could give no stars i would i have just been there during my lunch to get the basic things i need firstly there are alot of things they dont stock and also during lunch hour at the main check out points there were only 3 cashiers on duty i decided to go to the checkout on caltex side of the building only to find out the wifi was not working as i needed to transfer i then asked the cashier if i can run to draw cash she said it is fine when i returned to pay for my items they were assisting other clients not a issue but the issue is they were busy voiding everything to further waste my lunch i will never ever shop here ever again as i went to complain by the manager on duty but she was not intrested at all.
