The butterfly back on my guardian angel circle diamond earring fell off. Fortunately happened at home, when i inspected it, i saw that it had literally broken. We called Browns Ballito, these earrings are 18 months old. We were informed that there is a 6 month guarantee!!!!! and they send smses every year for a check and polish, which we have never received!! This is bad workmanship, poor quality and pathetic customer service!! We were under the impression that we paying an arm and a leg for quality....sad that we were fooled. do not buy from Browns Jewellers...
I was a bit apprehensive to order, because I did not know about this company. Finally, placed my order and it was a seamless experience, delivered on time and so beautifully packaged Totally impressed and will definitely order again

Never ever use Priority Escapes!!! We booked a once in a lifetime Maldives holiday with them on a black friday special, fully paid for in Nov 2022. They assured us all in order, to depart 18 June 2023, fight and hotel vouchers were issued. The consultant Paige Anderson said she will make contact 2 weeks before departure to issue tickets etc. We tried to get in touch with Paige several times from the beginning of June 2023...she finally responded that her colleague Hanrie Pelser will handle flight details. Hanrie then said she has issues with the flights and it would cost another R32 000.00!!!! Further to the R80 k that we paid them in Nov 2022. They then offered to move the flights a week later, which we agreed to....inspite of all the inconvenience of rescheduling our busy lives ( some of us are single mums!!!) Now, they say that they cannot provide accommodation in Maldives for that time!!! It seems that they are using this tact of flights and accommodation not aligning and just dragging this out. how do they operate an agency like this??? taking people's money and then no holiday??? This took alot of planning....8 months to be exact....and now, how would it be possible to chop and change because they are so ***********!!!
Kept getting messages from MTN that I am due for upgrade and get vouchers etc. Went to MTN Empangeni...waited for over 30 mins ..only to be told by consultant that her computer is slow!!! I must phone MTN from my cellphone... to be told that my contract expires in May and if I upgrade now I have to pay R1500...this is absolutely ridiculous and was a waste of my time. Please MTN state all your facts...we do not appreciate hidden agendas!!
My son had a flight from Lanseria to Durban on MN511 on 01-12-2019 at 10.25 am..He was in the check in line at 9.25am and advised by a kulula manager to follow the online check in line. He told the manager that he had not done online check in but manager insisted he follow that line...while waiting in the line the boarding time elapsed. My son missed this flight. There were no more flights from Lanseria. He had to arrange transport to OR Tambo and pay R1450 for another flight. This is ridiculous and no fault of his. We have complained to Kulula and we have not received any feedback. This is completely unacceptable.
I have been battling with my landline and ADSL not working from December 2018. I have reported this fault to Telkom, they dispatch technicians, it works for a day then stops, I am at my wits end - I have had to report this same fault over and over again for a whole month!!!!!! and I am paying for services that I do not have!!!!
<p>My husband passed away in feb 2017, he had 2 vodacom contracts, one being his and one for my son who is in matric. I asked vodacom to please cancel his contract and move my son's onto my name and provided bank details for new debit order - all paperwork was submitted in February. Vodacom the promptly stopped both contracts - my son is now without a phone from Feb - now vodacom wants me to pay the subscription fees for march before they do anything - they stopped the debit order on my husbands account!!!! Why do i have to pay - and for no service anyway - I am so sick of this - I have enough on my plate already - How do I sort this out as quickly as possible - or maybe just go to MTN and get another contract for my son!!!!</p>
<p>My very ill husband and I applied for a spouse card in September 2016 at Std Bank Empangeni. I followed up a month later - only to be told IT problems. It is now 4 and a half months --and I am still waiting....Std Bank moving forward.......NOT!!!! Pathethic customer service !! Glad I do not bank with you!</p>
