I would like to recognise a young man from Clicks at Mitchell's Plain Town Centre for effortlessly professional and excellent service his name is Nathaniel Richardson. That young man knows exactly what is the definition of excellent customer service
I would like say Thank you to Timothy J from Nedbank Constantia Village for his excellent service, as someone who is very strict about customer service, I was more than impressed with his friendly service and attention to detail. I'm keeping my relationship with Nedbank for a very long time because of such individuals who know the meaning of the term EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

It's pricy but worth it, I had my doubts at first but they kept me updated every step of the way. I even loved the portal where you can see how far is the progress
I bought something online from them and I was not happy with the product so I went on the website and reported it, I was told to wait for the sms that will inform me when they will contact me to collect the product. Right until now I haven't got the sms and that was last month already. I tried again to query about the parcel because I want to return it and there's no option
I visited Rocomamas Westgate Mall in Mitchell's Plain. We didn't wait long to be served and the waitress was visible, not friendly but very efficient and the atmosphere was perfect, I wish they can have more than 1 bathroom though
I normally get an average service when I get service at most Capitec branch or even horrible service especially the one in Promenade next to Game, that changed when I visited the one in Watergate...wow! They give new meaning to the term "service excellence " I wish they can teach the others the same.
Great and quick service. I bought my material and it was sent in minutes, that's more than efficient service to me
So today I went to my Dischem store at Promenade as I always do, I had to buy few items using my voucher. So now as I told the cashier I'm paying with the voucher and she was okay with it. She asked for my voucher number and later asks me why I'm not using the full balance of the voucher I told her I'm going to and she told me that she already completed the sale and I asked her what about the rest of the stuff on my trolley and she told me that I should have put everything on the counter and should have known she's going to complete the sale when she asked for the voucher number and now I'm only getting what she rang for and I asked her what about the rest of the purchase that I was still taking out of my basket, she called one of the males in the store and I was told that it was my fault I was supposed to have put everything in the counter and I'm responsible for the cashier making a mistake, then another male was called and he told me the same thing so I asked him if the cashier makes a mistake why is it my fault and I was told I sent have known she wants completing the sale. I mean I don't work for them how was I supposed to know she was completing the whole thing and they offered me a voucher for what they put on the sale. I told them I want the full balance because they acknowledge that it was a cashier's mistake so why am I paying for that. It was a bit of a scene and customers were looking at me, I felt embarrassed but I told him I'm not going to take that amount they gave me and I left my purchase there because they wanted me to take it and told me that there's nothing they can do to assist me, and yes both the cashier and 2 gentlemen acknowledged that it is the cashier's fault and they are not going to reimburse me. I was very shocked by this because this is not the first time I bought something at Dischem using a voucher and I never had an experience like that. I buy my cosmetics there every month and I never had such treatment ever. I am beyond disappointed.
April 14 I bought a meal on KFC website then I didn't get the order number and I was supposed to collect my order in Claremont CBD, so when I came there I told the lady that I did get the order number which was strange and she also informed me that they was no record of my order and we called the customer care and I was advised that I will be refunded in 7-14 days and right up until now there's been no response from them. I sent them emails and not even one reply from them
