Stay away from this Rental Agent. There a reason its called DIC Homes, because they turn into real Dic's once your no longer renting from them, you will lose your deposit and they still hand you over for so called repairs. I moved into a property at Brooklands lifestyle estate 3 in Centurion, upon viewing the place there was multiple nails and *****s still in the house and even a TV bracket from the previous tenant, i also asked about electricity avarage cost for the unit and was told because we only 2 people we looking at R1000 to R1500pm and that seemed to be in line with the R900 to R1200 we spend at current place. After moving the first 3 months the electricity worked out about R400 per week so it was already more that expected, then on the 4th month we suddenly jumped to R650 per week =R2600 pm then i complained about it to the supplier of electricity Meter Shack, then it went down to R450 per week for couple weeks then sudden jump again to R1000 per week. This is when i asked DIC homes to step in and assist as they are the Agent for the property, an electrician came and installed his own metering equipment to see the load on the unit, and was told ill get report, Never got a report. Then it was time to renew my lease and i refused to sign a new lease due to the electricity charges and gave them 2 months notice as per their lease agreement. Almost a month after notice was given Johan phoned me one day and asked if we might be able to move sooner as he has someone interested to take the place, we then found another place and after i paid my deposit and phoning Johan to say we will be out at the end of that month got told that i now cant leave sooner, then told them they then may keep my deposit as im not gonna pay another months rent and R4000+ for electricity and was told thats fine. Only to get an invoice saying i still need to pay for repairs for nails and things i did not even put in the wall for R2800. I refused to pay this as prior to moving in these nails and things was already on the walls. Now they handed me over to some lawyer for this, yet when i stayed there i was told im one of the few good tenants they have. So dont trust these guys, THEY ARE MONEY WOLFS

We have been dealing with Tarsus for years and also been selling their products, more specifically SOPHO was the main reason why we still dealing with TARSUS, Other than that we try to avoid to buy anything from them due to lack of service and their invoices that's always a mess. Now we it seems like their SOPHO's department is also becoming a mess as we waited almost a week just to get license that was ordered. Please avoid dealing with TARSUS as after sales is really a big issue and its like they don't really care about their customers.
Took my mothers, Business External HDD that had a fall to CSSI and we got all our data back and the price we paid was a bargain. Will highly recommend CSSi if you need data recovery to be done.
<div>Their rates are far fetched, Recently moved to new estate that uses them, never in my life has my electricity usage been so much, almost R1000 a week where i normally only used R1000 to R1200 a month. They need to investigate this place as something is not right with them, its like their rates are 3x to 4x more than others. Also we where not given an option as my whole Estate was forced to switch over.</div>
I have recently moved from my old place where I had a 400Mbps line with AFRIHOST and was happy with my line, Sadly I could not move my line with AFRIHOST to my new place as they said there is no Fiber in the area yet and will take 2-6 months before they will have Fiber in that area, which I found as odd as I have seen a Fiber box inside the house from Metro Fiber as with AFRIHOST my fiber provider was also Metro Fiber so it made no sense, Then I cancelled my old line with AFRIHOST as only place that showed fiber available in that complex is Metro Fiber directly. So I placed my order as it seems METRO FIBRE has hogged the the complex I'm staying in by blocking any other internet service providers to service the complex. installation of ONT/Rooter was done 3 days later and this is the only reason why giving 2 Stars. Once installation was done I did a speed test and was getting close to 200Mbps as I ordered a 250Mbps line and figured its fine, 3 days later I noticed that my online gaming is having issues as well as my streaming on Netflix, Ran a speed test and noticed I'm getting 35-50Mbps only. reported the issue and then was told submit screen shots, I have done everything they asked and even got email saying issue was resolved I should restart router and test again, only to find still getting 50Mbps Max, How is it fair for them to expect me to pay Full price R895 for a line where I'm only getting a 5th of the speed I ordered? Sent multiple emails and spoke to a person on WhatsApp line and yet my speed is still 50Mbps, If you guys cant provide the speeds you advertise and bill people do not have that line speeds available on the website, If this is not fixed before end of this month ill have no choice but to cancel, I believe your fiber line providing capabilities is good, however your service delivery is pathetic and need to be worked on as I see I'm not the only person having issues with your service delivery. Don't even try and say its because I'm a new client and have not paid yet, your a ISP (internet service provider) this means if I order a 250Mbps line that is what I'm supposed to get. ill be getting an invoice for at the end of the month. you can not bill me at the end of the month for a 250Mbps line when I only received a 5th of the speed that I have ordered. If this issue can get resolved ill be more than willing to remove this review and up the ratting and not cancel my service with you. Inconclusion for people reading this, if you want Fiber ill highly suggest to try AXXESS as they are a excellent ISP and second option ill suggest AFRIHOST as their service delivery is also very good.
Good Day Every One Ok so lets clear this issue once and for all, Have you wondered why so many bad reviews for this company? well here is the answer: PC Link Computers is no Mickey mouse club, this is a legitimate business that has been opened back in 2011 already and grew to a big online store. They just made one BIG mistake and that was to open a second store www.pclinkshop.com and named it exactly the same as their 1st website www.pclinkshop.co.za and below is the difference between the two that most people do not know. www.pclinkshop.co.za : This is their MAIN website at the website that holds all their Local (South-African) suppliers stock rough ETA on items, if you stay close to Midrand you can actually place and order and get stock SAME DAY, just note they do not hold stock in the store unless it states IN STORE PURCASE, other than that SAME DAY items must be ordered and paid before a certain time (take note of the ETA given below the ADD TO CART button that says around 4PM Mon-Thur and 1PM on Fridays as they close at 14:00 on a Friday. If you place an order on their website it also states only arrive to collect if you get a READY FOR COLLECTION notice, Trust me if you have not received this notice you will waste your time and their time if you rock up without receiving that notice. then for DELIVERY items from the time of order to delivery it can take 1-3 working days before you receive your item. Then then as a added bonus, Its a ONLINE store and unlike most other online stores they actually also have a SERVICE CENTRE that is located in Midrand for all the WARRANTY issue, you take your device back to them as with all other retail stores your item has a CARRY IN WARRANTY and they will book the unit in for warranty that may take 7-14 working days. www.pclinkshop.com : This website is where i think most people gets confused, this website none of the items is sourced locally and is imported from overseas thus the ETA of 15-20 working days, for those that don't know, 15-20 working days is roughly around 30-45 normal days, and come on people we all know they will have to depend on our LOCAL but Pathetic CUSTOMS service (Post office) so I believe it can be expected that sometimes things take a bit longer than expected. my personal opinion is they should have chosen a different name for the imported goods as this .com website is causing their overall rating to drop due to people that do not understand how imports actually works. How to contact them: Unfortunately as you all know by now there is no direct contact number, however this is understand able as I know there is not enough staff to handle calls and to handle emails/tickets plus walk in customers that come to collect orders. These guys are good at what they they and all their staff also knows wat they are doing so TRUST me when I say these guys are legit and are here to make the market much cheaper for us all.
On the 29th of October 2015 i have ordered the Logitech Z906 speakers from esquire on the online shop. item was not in stock and was told ETA is 3-5 weeks by a guy working in online dispatch named: Tahir and told him that is not to bad my customer is willing to wait. 2 weeks in i got another order for the Logitech Z906 speakers and told my customer suppliers do not have stock but they did order and i was told ETA is 3-5 weeks about 2 weeks ago so ETA now should be 3 weeks and he ordered from me and i placed the order for another set of Logitech Z906 speakers. Then 4 weeks after 1st order was placed i emailed Tahir and asked for a Date that they expect delivery and got no response. i then left a message on the contact us page of their website and called afterwards and spoke to Tahir and was told there no exact ETA date but he did speak to his manager and waiting for feedback from him and then he will email me (Never received any update) This is when Richard Walters (Group Purchasing manager) Replied with a email and told me there is no exact ETA fot the Z906 Speakers and he thinks no one is bringing those Z906 speakers in anymore. but he will update me. Now they going to refund me.
Most of us today don't like dealing online or .....<div><br></div><div><em>(report edited by Hellopeter.com. This section of the site is for customers to write about their Customer Service experiences. Companies may not write reports about themselves).</em></div>
