WHY NOT FUNDED AS SHE IS A SOUTH AFRICA
am a concern landlord as the Student with Id no 1001031511089 has been staying in my accommodation last semester 2025 and due to her father being non South African her status has been assessing financial eligibility till today. Reason for assistance is that she is a bright student who just need assistance in furthering her studies when she contact NSFAS she is being told to wait. on the other side the college won't allow her to come back to register has she owns fees for the previous semester. Please help as her mother is not working as well am the one who is assisting with the accommodation as well as food. I would appreciate your assistance

POOR SERVICES
On the 2 June 2025 my fibre was not working due to electricity challenges in our area I didn't report till electricity was restored on Saturday. I then call only to realize or think they are not working on weekends. On Monday 08:00 I called and even today nothing has been done they will be saying they wll send technicians seconds problem is with zoom . I have indicated that if fibre is not restored today and need refund and cancelation of contract because am paying without service please help me

re-instatement of my membership
My medical no is 90050961 my son turned 21 while still at university in 2020, in 2021 forms were send to me for dependent review. The form stated that I submit before end April if he still a student or should they consider him as adult dependent upon my enquiry I was mislead by all call centre agents as they indicated that my son member ship will be effective until 31 May so if I opt for Adult from June He will be charged so. In the forms I indicated that from 1st June 2021 membership be cancelled. On several occasion I called all explain same thing to me. Unfortunately they wont sent me conversations that I had with them I assume. As know we are all sick in my family when I went to dr I was told my medical aid is suspended, when I called I am told for May Month I have to paid for Adult dependent upon questioning they say maybe it was not explained to me clearly. What surprise me is I have to pay 2175 of which my deduction for 2 month which is May and June were the same in my pay sleep and believing my employer did pay his part so when I ask no answer is give. Please help me in this regard if possible you may request all the transcript in order to be ascertain of the matter

unfair treatment
contract was about to expire and was consultant and I indicated am going to cancel contract and use as prepaid. Instead fraud occurred in my account and I send documents and request again for contract to be cancelled but it was never cancelled. Vodacom billed my account and I called for cancellation but they never did as I was moved from pillar to post and customer care saying Vodacom legal was supposed to inform, to this day account is handed to their subscriber collection and they going to hand me to debt collection

UNPAID ACCOUNT INFORMED 2 WEEKS AGO WHEN ENQUIRY
i was a student in the said University in 2008, whereby my former employer paid for my fees. I graduated in 2009 March and got my Btech. 2 weeks ago requested my child to print academic report for me, she was told I owe the University. Yesterday I called and I was told the following: how did I know that am owing, I must pay due to strike that is going on in South Africa, instalment written off, university do allow student to graduate but hold the degrees, post office strike may be the cause of not receiving account, an amount below 1000 does not send to lawyers. What I don't understand is no one informed me until I wanted something, during my time of study result were withheld if you didn't pay never mind graduating. Post Office strike was 2 years back. reasons given to me were not valid and told I must pay. To top the matter am told it is written off if written off why pay really something is not write. I then said since its the University fault why not give me discount they refuse and indicate that a fault may be their interships or my employer of which I don't understand because the quotation that was given to me was the one the employer paid. Please help
