Fastway couriers will damage your reputation
This is the second time I opt for deliver on your online store. Fastway couriers will damage your good reputation if you continue with them. My parcel was dumped at reception without my permission or even verification after they claimed I gave the wrong address.

Woolworths online order
My Woolworths order was marked out of delivery on Monday. Thursday I'm called and they claim I gave the wrong address yet my online profile shows the correct address. They then promise to delived 10 days after my online order. When I complained, they delivered on Friday. The driver dumped my order at reception without verifying my presence or even correct address as they previously claimed I gave the wrong order. I almost left work without my parcel.

THE WORST COURIER....STAY AWAY
I have heard enough of your terrible service. My order was left at reception AGAIN....with no prior notice from your driver. No one notified me, including reception. It stayed there for 3 days. No sms, no phone call whatsover. My clear instructions have ALWAYS BEEN...CALL BEFORE HAND. How difficult is that????? RS89626633

Perfumes on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged
I bought my very first order online from Eden perfumes after hearing great reviews. 2 for women ones and 1 for men. The 2 were okay for dupes I guess. The 1 for men was not good. The smell faded way too quickly. I wrote an email regarding this issue. To my disappointment I was told that there won't be refunds or exchanges since the item was on sale. Why sell such and trap a customer when they are not satisfied. Thanks for such disappointing first encounter. I will have to take my money elsewhere if this is how you run your business.

The delivery person keeps leaving my parcels at reception without first informing me. This is really negligent and I am not happy as this keeps repeating. What happens if I am not at work? Will the company replace lost parcels if it happens to land on wrong hands?

I made an online order few weeks ago
I made an online order few weeks ago. Order number OD435314350085952100. I got an sms to collect part of the order at Makro Silver Lakes. There was an item missing and I notified Makro. I was informed to go collect and I haven't been able to yet. Then I received an sms again about the rest of the order. To my surprise, the sms said the order was collected. I was at work when the collection was done. I've tried various means to get answers yet nothing was done.

Rejected claim
Paid my policy and never claimed in almost 2years. When I attempted to claim, I had to drive around finding a panelbeater. Do their paperwork. Only to be rejected for something which by the way was within the given 5k budget. I was planning to Rene's my cover but I'm clearly taken for a ride. Run...
