Discovery using bulling tactics to avoid paying legitimate medical aid claims . Expecting doctors who have performed procedures in hospital to write motivation letters as to why the procedure had to be done . Doctors do not have time nor is this their responsibility . Not replying to my queries . Trying to exhaust people so that they give up .
Terrible service . I am trying to get a copy of my invoice emailed to me . I also need information as to when a special levy stops coming off the account . Switch board goes dead . Insurance no longer needed , But Vodacom wont cancel the policy !!!!!!!!!!I have sent 6 request through to have my insurance cover with Vodacom cancelled on a hand set . Vodacom does nothing and continues to charge me . You cant reach anyone on the phone as the lines are so Busy . terrible service
PC Link Order # 19651 Ordered good and paid R 1542 . Order was placed in April . I have not received the goods nor am I able to secure a refund . They just use delay tactics and have no intention to honor their side .
My gym membership was stopped by vitality . I didn't go to the gym 36 times as required . This was due to me training for trail event . I have spent the last 2 months calling vitalty to have it reinstated . They dont sort out the problem . They dont call you back . They say its Virgin actives issue . Service at its worst . Frustrating . Time wastage . We need to be careful of monopolies because service goes out the window .
Unit has been repaired and is working
The Spa Company repaired a unit for us In September 2015 and charged a call out fee of R 650 as well as repair fee of R 3500 on a unit we purchased from them in December of 2012 . A one year guarantee was provided on the repairs . The unit stopped working shortly after the repair . We have since made approximately 10 calls and sent 2 emails , left a whatsup and an sms on the service providers phone and have to date had no service . The unit remains broken . <br> <br> The manager often says that he is sending out a technician , but they never show up .<br> <br> I am going to have to go elsewhere for the repair and incur more costs . I believe that the service is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional .
