Customer service is very bad. I wanted to know why interest on my loan keep on increasing even if there is no repo rate increase, I was told only collection can assist, collection check my account and see what i am talking about, thereafter he says premium banking can assist as you, they transferred me to premium banking, repeat the same question, check my account and ask how long i have it, no outstanding amount, thereafter he transferred me back to collection without even warning or telling me he is transferring me back to collection. Spoke with five people and didn't get answer only to transfer me pillar to pillar. This is unacceptable and unprofessional
Think twice before getting a contract with them. They make mistakes input things you don't even know and when the contract comes to an end refuse to cancel and says a customer must go pillar to pillar for their own mistake. so you will stuck with them for their mistakes. on my case I have a passport, and I never own one so I have to prove that I never had one. where did they get that passport number. and when they punch the name, which name doe it give them? Poor customer service and they don't care i am the one should suffer for their mistakes. Again they tried to do sim swap for my other number several times even after i told them to flag my number. I'm done with Vodacom. I want nothing to do with them anymore even my work number contract i wont upgrade with them.
If you are thinking of online shopping and they are using Fastway, just know that you may not receive your order and their customer service is bad. My parcel has last scanned in JHB on the 30th of July. When I track it I will get different response. Temu must stop using them. They are worse

Please think twice before you use your RCS credit card to buy electricity. I bought electricity on 21 February 2025 at 11:20. Never got a pin voucher, even today still waiting. All they do is to send you pillar to pillar promised it will be resolved. I made several calls no help. Please reverse that transaction because I used my other reliable alternatives to buy prepaid electricity. Never use RCS USSD number to buy electricity or you will stay in the dark while their customer service is bad Please credit back R202 to my account this is unprofessional. A person cannot stay in the dark for three weeks, Kindly treat this as urgent cause is more than enough time waiting
This company will debit your RCS amount even if you never subscribe with them. When you dispute they will only stop for one month thereafter they continue doing that. this is *****ulent on high level. The only resolution is to payup your RCS credit card and close it or else you will be billed for things you never subscribe.
