Capitec is hell they have paused my account after I provided the documents they requested from me,My ID,Proof of address,Payslip and an affidavit detailing the inflows of cash into my account. .They just paused my account with out even a notice and not responding to my emails,the 48hrs turn around communicated to me also ,when I enquired as to when can I expect feedback so that I can manage my expectations,The agent could not give me this is soo much of an inconvienience and they have left a bitter taste in my mouth for them. 'How long will this take, what more must i provide to prove to you for what ever concerns you may have. The nonchalant in them ,I dont recommend this bank please keep a maximum of 500 into your account if you bank with capitec because wow basiphethe ubulali noko .
Good Day, I have placed an order online, buying 3x streetwise online using Mr D to deliver, at 11:15 I PHONED MR D to find out where my order is , I was told its late it is coming. @12;45 I phoned again, I was told my order has been cancelled due to a driver who has initiated a chat with me and I never replied, The only email i got was the one that stated that my order was cancelled, could not be delivered, I never got any communication from a driver informing me that he is outside, And why was I told that my order is late?Now I am asking for my refund, IM told theres is no refund..This is a scam, ridicolus I need my money back and i WOULD NEVER EVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.
We received the most terrible,ill treatment form the assistant wine amanager that one can ever imagine. 30/12/2019 We visited spier and where we seated there were glasses which were broken by the windy weather, it took the wine assistants an hour to clean up, we moved and order a bottle of wine, the wine educator which was assisting us went to another tables to assist, and when we requisted the glasses from the guy who came to where we seated he told us he cannot give us the empty glasses which we needed as we wre not helped by him and he does not know what our agreement was with the lady who first us, we tried to tell him that we only need empty glasses does that requires some osrt of agreement and arrangment , he had a very i dont a f look on his face, and when we trued to report him we were told he is the assistant manager i guess he should treat guestes like that.
Good day My account is ********** 46 , I have two accounts with standard bank , one is access account and one is a current account, My current account s on negative balance, which I am liable for. My brother requested to use my access for his gooi-gooi (Stokvel) for 5500, which he has , He is selling sweets and veggies and does not have his own bank account, he asked to my account for the deposits to be made which I agreed knowing fully that he will use my access account and also No one from standard has ever phoned me to collect the money owned in my current account and also if I was in a position to pay it, I was going to pay it. Now out of my brothers money deposited into my account standard bank deducted 3723.58a from the access account and transferred to the cheque account without even consulting with me. This is not my money as I have explained and I would like standard bank to reverse it bank to the access account as soon as possible and also, I can make payments arrangements for monthly basis I don’t have this lump sum to just pay off. I purchased a new mivrowave from game on the 09/05/2018 and unfortunately moved houses and lost the proof of payment which is my till slip,early Dec MICROWAVE STOPPED WORKING it could not warm the warm only makes the sound as if its warming but the food remains cold.I went to Holidays and January the 20th i visited Game Stores Tygervalley centre with the Microwave and my bank statement to reflect payment made to game , i was informed they need to send my card no details to the head office to request the slip to be pulled from their system, I was assisted by the lady named Phumeza/Phumzile and she told me i cannot leave the microwave i must take it with which i did, and they will call me after 3working days.I called Game the next 4 days and i was informed nothing has been received from Head Office, i should wait again.but no one from Game is bothering to call me maybe its because i dont seem important enough to them .I called game today the 2019/01/29 and I spoke to Ebrahim/Abraham who seemed soo not willing to assist and told me i souhl wait on Phumeza when i asked to speak to Phumeza since she is the only person of my race who can assist me, he told me she is out.Meaning i had to drop the call .I asked him if he cannot follow up with head office and call me he said Phumeza is the one that knows my story , the same Phumeza that told me she is not working by Customer Service but was only assisting i need game to please help me with this i cannot be buying 2xmicrowaves in the space of less than a year, i bought samsung at game because i thought i could rely on it and them but i am extremely irritated with their treatment.
I settled my credit card with standard bank at the end of October and i was telephonically advised it will closed and removed from my credit profile last year. We are now in 2016 but the account still reflect as 60days in Arrears its the second time now that i am writing this complaint, please standard bank have some decency and attend to this the soonest.
I have settled my standard bank master-card (credit card) which was handed over to NDS credit management, at the end of October and i was advised that after days my credit profile will be adjusted accordingly, I wrote a report to Hello Peter and I received a call from Amanda from standard Bank advising me that the account will be removed from my profile within 72hrs that was in November, I never heard from standard bank again and the account now reflects as 2months in Arrears, can standard bank please see to it that this matter is dealt with please.
I HAVE LODGED A DISPUTE WITH TRANSUNION TO UPDATE MY EDGARS AND WOOLWORTHS ACCOUNTS ON MY CREDIT PROFILE, WOOLWORTHS UPDATED MY PROFILE AND THE ACCOUNT CHANGGED TO PAID UP, I THEN REQUESTED TRANSUNION TO CANCEL THE DISPUTE FOR WOOLWORTHS AS MY ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED BY WOOLWORTHS BUT THEY HAVE NOT SO DONE I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEIR CONTACT CENTRE ON DAILY BASIS, REQUESTING THEM TO CANCEL THE DISPUTE SENT CANCELATION LETTER WITH ID COPY AND PROOF OF ADDRESS, BUT STILL I CANNOT BUY ON CREDIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE ARE TELLING ME THERES A FLAG ON MY PROFILE AND THEY CANNOT SEE WHAT IT IS FOR, CAN TRANSUNION FLAGOUT THOSE DISPUTES PLEASE NOW REALLY..LEANN DID EVEN WANNA LISTEN TO ME BOTH ACCOUNTS ARE PAID UP AND CLOSED IT EVEN SHOWS ON MY CREDIT PROFILE, PLEASE MOVE THE DISPUTE NOTE.
I have had an account with standard bank which they handed over to NDS Credit Management, I have settled the account end of October 2015, and contacted NDS and sent the proof of payment I was told it will take 24hrs for me to receive the paid up letter and it never did, I then contacted STD Bank requesting them to update my credit profile and the account should reflect as closed or paid up on my credit profile and deduct the balance frommy total account balance the consultant I spoke with advised me, they need a paid up letter from me, I must request it from NDS and send it to them , I find this disgusting because NDS has liased with them why must NOW I be the one requesting paid up letters?I was not a middle man between them and NDS obviously their systems should be linked or they should have their own way of communicating, if I did not call them, was I going to have this account on my name foever?I have liased with NDS as they have sent my account to them, I need this account updated on my credit profile ASAP.
I have settled my account with Edgars which was handed over to ITCBA, TODAY I phoned ITCBA I Spoke with LEEAnn and she advised me on their side the account is paid up and on edgars side i must go to Edgars stores to request a paid letter, I decided to call Edgars and find out from them before wasting all my hard earned energy, edgars advised me to liase with ITCBA as on their side it still shows im owing Edgars and no paid letter can be issued on this stage, I seriously need Edgars to be removed from my credit profile as I want to make a purchase on other service providers and this is delaying me, Can this matter be urgently attended including the updated on my credit profile.
