I have bought a couch online on the 17th July 2025. Delivery would be 26 July. after several phone calls and escalations, I am still waiting for a reply from Makro as to when the delivery will take place. No one can give me any answers. As a matter of fact, the one person told me that the order was never placed from my side although I have an order number. The service is pathetic...
Netstream is ripping us off for our fibre via ISP. When writing emails to try and get reply, the owner Frans and his daughter Ulandi do not even reply to emails. There prices are not even compatible and us, the retired peopleof the Village has to suffer. Rebecca and her team is fantastic but the owners are pathetic in communicating.....
Quickbooks are quick to make the sale but their service is of the worst. I am a first time user and book online meeting for training. A date and time was set and no one called. I called their office and wait for someone to answer for over 20 minutes. Called again and eventually after 8 minutes someone spoke to me. He took my number to call me back and I am still waiting.
It is over two months now with pages and pages of emails and problem logging reference numbers. I even had a visit from their technician and still they cannot sort out my Wi Fi problem. I have been told on two occasions that they do not know what the problem is and I have this on a recording. This has been the worst service ever received from a supplier not even to talk about breaching the contract. I would not recommend anyone to use this company
I have very bad WiFi connection which goes hand in hand with downloading speed. Their tech people trying to solve these issues without any luck. After days on the email (27 pages in total ) and several phone calls from them where we spend hours on the phone I still have no joy. I have taped messages where the tech person told me that he has no idea what could be the problem - no that is what you call "service"!!! Speed is still a major issue and it is so frustrating when streaming and every 10 seconds it is buffering. I cannot believe that they cannot sort this issue out. This is the worst company ever, I also started a case against them at the Ombudsman. I cannot pay for a service that I do not receive!
Afrihost increased my account monthly payment by 33% due to the 1% VAT increase. This is totally fraud and should not be used as a supplier
I sold two vehicles to Kia Kempton Park and bought a Sorento in September 2015. The 2 vehicles sold to them was still registered in my name in Feb 2016. The incorrect Sorento was registered in my name and I already received three speeding fines and Toll fees for the sorento and one of the other vehicle that I sold. I am back on paper plates for the Sorento for the last 5 weeks. I have been told that the fines and the toll fees have been paid but they are reluctend to send me the proof of payment. All that I get from Kia Kempton Park is promises and appologies and I am sick and tired of this type of service. I will be launching a complaint to the Motor Industry Ombudsman as this is totally unacceptable!!!! No one wants to take responsibility.....
As I am a pensioner, I phoned Multichoice requesting a pensioners discount. I was told that I have to stay in a Retirement Village to be able to qualify. This is totally discriminating against other retirement people. No other shop or business have this policy. I was then told I must have a business and then I could apply for several channels (corporate) and qualify for the discount. How weird...!!!!.You on retirement BUT you must have a business. I cannot believe that in this time we are living that there is still some discrimination going on!!!!!
