SPAR Rosehill Mall pricing discrepancy.
Once again SPAR Rosehill Mall pricing in question. R13 discrepancy X +- 1000 customers = R 13 000 clean profit in the pocket PER DAY! This has been going on at SPAR for some time now. What a way to earn the trust of the community and deceive locals as well as holiday visitors! The manager's answer, we'll refund you which they did. How many costumers do not check and compare pricing to their till slip and walk out? System error? I doubt. GIGO

MotorHappy illicit email marketing
Since we have Truecaller to block illicit marketing, looks like the companies are now targeting people via private emails. The question as per POPIA and CPA, where do these companies buy personal email addresses from to use for their marketing? If you ask them the answer is "they don't know". Who is then breaking the law? Very irritating to keep on unsubscribing.

BE CAREFUL! BE CAREFUL! WEES VERSIGTIG! Be careful! Wees versigtig! RV CONSTRUCTION & DRAWING SERVICES, 3 DE POORT, Pretoria. RV Construction and Drawing Services, 3 DE POORT, Pretoria, Roelof Visser, took approximately 2 years to redraw old building plans and submit them to Tshwane for approval. After several stories, over and over from his side, I was forced to withdraw my assignment from him as he may not have the necessary resources to finalize the plans even though he had already received full payment.

VODACOM POOR ADMIN ABILITIES
My wife passed away 25 July 2023. On four separate occasions, the last being 20 November 2023, I tried and app**** for her family VODACOM contract to be transferred to my name as husband and father of our kids. The reason was to secure the continuation of the sell service enjoyed by our kids under her VODACOM contract. Cancelled Id, Death- and Marriage Certificates were forwarded to VODACOM LEGAL to enable the switch/swap of her contract to my name. The brilliant VODACOM achieved the following: 1. Switched her contract debit order to my account correctly for payment asap, 2. Switched part of her contract numbers to my name, YET 1. Omitted to transfer my two kids phone numbers to my name/account as well 2. Cause havoc with my kids not being able to continue with their VODACOM service and or DATA 3. Moved my wife’s contract number to their collection/legal division. With their new, your are just a $ number to us or speak to our BOT, 082-1946 and 082-1905 or the local VODACOM shop can not help as you can not get past their keypad options to talk to a human. I wonder if there is any human being at VODACOM HO? I’ll see if a human at VODACOM will respond to this…..

DON'T TRUST TRACKER SA's devices.
Tracker - would somebody senior with knowledge, not a technician or a call centre, please call me to sort out your faulty devices!!! As my wife drove out the driveway this morning I get an emergency tracker call "is all ok are you all right?" on vehicle HM ........ After my slight heart attack once again after all the emergency calls I had over the past few months on my wife's and son's vehicles, I lost it with the poor emergency call centre guy. I am GATVOL with Tracker SA. DON'T TRUST TRACKER SA's devices.

Tracker SA Pathetic.
TRACKER - NEVER!!!!!!! Rating - 0. Moved over to them from Beame tracker a month or so ago. Long story short Tracker was excellent in getting my business and doing the installations. Then I started getting these calls and SMSs within a week or so from fitment- "We tried to call you if your vehicle has been hijacked/stolen". 3 x Family vehicles newly fitted by Tracker and getting these kind of calls!!!!! HEART ATTACK!!!!!!!! Waited weeks to have the faulty devices and remotes replaced...... Guess - even the new replaced devices giving trouble. Called Tracker again and true to their behaviour ------ no response/reply/action. All my calls did not word and my email was deleted without being read. Today once again wife out shopping and I get the call and SMS on her vehicle - "We tried to call you if your vehicle has been hijacked/stolen." How safe are my family and my vehicles with Tracker? Not at all. Pathetic!! Will the Tracker higher management respond to this? I don't think so.

They had to re-do shoddy work of Silverlakes Accident Repair Centre or known as Silverlakes ARC, Menlyn. Silver lakes Auto Clinic staff were excellent, open communication, friendly and delivered as promised. Workmanship 100% as per my limited knowledge of vehicle repairs. Don't get caught between the names Silver Lakes Auto Clinic (Pty) Ltd, N4 Gateway and Silverlakes ARC Menlyn. Pretoria! Insist via your broker or insurance on Silver lakes Auto Clinic (Pty) Ltd!
