ILL HEALTH CLAIM/ DISABILITY CLAIM
I'm currently disabled and unable to find employment due to ill health. Old Mutual Protektor Preservation Fund/ Superfund does not want to help me to withdraw my money. Its been 2 weeks each time I call them they hang up

Old mutual Protektor department ignoring my withdrawal request
Re: claim A352214B I submitted a withdrawal request. No response from Protektor department not even acknowledge email. I'm currently on ill health disability and in need of fund urgently for my medication but old mutual choose not to provide any feedback. I've been sending follow up emails request and not getting any response. I'm very disappointed with the level of service from old mutual.

Illness claim
Im currently on temporary disability leave as declared by my medical doctor.i.am unable to receive an income from my employer, . I visited the department of labour twice and they don't want to accept my claim. Department of labour Kempton park are saying the documts are incorrect but HR and payroll confirmed that provided documents are correct. I'm currently sick and unable to buy medication as prescribed by my doctor,, as I nearly collapse at their office. They are sending ne from pillar to post I am mentally exhausted

Package not delivered
I ordered a parcel from Shein on 22nd of October. As per tracking information and confirmation by Shein parcel with tracking number 71022062110 was shipped. Shein confirmed that my parcel is with skynet. I called skynet and telling me that they did not received my parcel. Shein said because order has been shipped I can only cancel the parcel with skynet and skynet is refused to assist me

It's been nearly two months and old mutual is refusing to pay my 2pot withdrawal.they gave me reference last week but still. I called them yesterday and they promised to call me back and never did. Why are you doing all this tricks to poor people?

Old Mutual doesn't want to pay my 2pot withdrawal submitted a month a go. They give me different stories each i called them. very *********** compare to other companies. It is easy to invest your money and they made it very difficult to get your money.

Simcard activated under my account without my consent
simcard activated on my account without my knowledge.i spend over an hour with vodacom agent who was unable to resolve my query. I was billed incorrectly due to that fraud simcard.and I have been send from pillar to post with regard to the query .why is it so difficult for them to cancel that simcard
