This is pathetic and the reason I choose to end doing business with you!!!! I have visited your store twice and called over 10 times. I'm going to the CPA as I am unable to cancel!
Hi, It would be great if SOMEONE, ANYONE could just pick up my call. I have called your business banking line over 5 times and held on for more than 15 minutes every time with no-one answering. How are we supposed to build businesses and the economy if you dont provide basic business account services? How did you guys win Best Business Bank in SA with this type of service? I lodged a complaint last week and I was told someone will contact me within 48 hours.... and nothing. To anyone who wants to open a business account... Its best you try the other banks! The service at FNB is disgusting, and we are paying fees for service??? I think FNB has taken on more clients than they can handle. You attract customers with your innovative banking which is in actual fact consistently broken and have no humans to service your customers.
So you would think its great to be pro-active and make a booking to do your Vitality check weeks in advance. I called through 3times on the 8 January 2020 to make a booking, and I was told that my booking has been confirmed for the 28th Jan at 9am. I get here and there was no booking made! No SMS received and now I was told to sit here and WAIT?!?!?!?! To be honest, Iv never experienced this with Clicks Sandton before. Think I will have to go back to Clicks as my pharmaceutical and clinical partner going forward.
Waiting here for almost an hour.... and we just got our drinks. Pathetic service!
Just incase you need to visit the customer service queue at Absa Sandton City branch, you may want to pack a lunchbag. Been here for over an hour trying to reset my internet banking details, but fraudsters are able to access my internet banking much faster than I do.
So I completed an online application on Monday 12 Aug and Londeka Gcaba assisted me to have my number ported on Tuesday. She mentioned that it would take 48 hours to approve and I should wait for her call. By Thursday afternoon, I received nothing and I called through. I was told that her system is not working and she will call me on Friday morning to finalise the application. I wondered why it could not be processed on another persons system. On Friday afternoon I was informed that my porting approval was expired and she has to re-apply and she will call me in the afternoon. It got to Monday afternoon and I called thru and spoke to her colleague who sent an email to her manager. Its Tuesday morning, a week and a day later... and Im like, I am trying to port from Cell C to Vodacom, one would think that such a corporate would try their best. What has happened to service in SA? Or is it just Cellular Service Providers like Vodacom? Please call me back to finalise Vodacom, if you are interested in doing business.

Following my car write off in the early days of July, I would like to make a special mention Of Maletsatsi Sello in the claims department. She assisted me at most stages of the claim, and was willing to locate the various people who needed to finalise my claim. She worked extremely well on email and had my claim settled around a week. Her responses were quick and effective, more importantly, after an event like this it was great to have peace of mind and someone who was sensitive to my accident. Thank you so much Maletsatsi, you have definitely done the Outsurance brand proud. I will definitely be taking up my new insurance with Outsurance again.
