They keep phoning at odd hours at night. I don't know who they are and they keep phoning of my office number. Harassment from them.
I am not interested in anything from them Already reported them. A week goes by and no calls only for it to start all over again. Really!!!!!!!!
Not interested in the phone calls They constantly phone but I am not interested and have blocked numerous number from them.
I had Fibre put in last year at the precious premises I stayed at. In March my husband and I moved into our own house which had Fibre connections. I then phoned to find out of they can send a technician out to check the connections. I was them told they cannot as there is another company in the area that dies the Fibre. I waited almost 3 weeks for this company to get into contact with me but unfortunately no response from them. I then canceled my webafrica Fibre and I have been told to arrange to have the boxes delivered to there premises at my cost. I told them it was ready for collection when a technician is in the area. They then said they don't do that and I will have to make sure it gets to their offices. This is not how you do business with clients. I am based in Pretoria and I do not go to Johannesburg at all.
For the last month I have had issue upon issue with DSTv. Someone at multichoice decided to change my package from premium to access without my knowledge. Then when I phoned to find out who did that. That person was nowhere to be found. I have to change my own package on the app as nobody would help with the change. I reported this to them and they phoned me back but still no resolution to this issue. Then I get a sms stating that they are suspending my package until payment has been received. Best of all I am on a debit order system. It is not my problem that they took the incorrect amount off. Then I phoned tonight to find out what are they going to do to correct this. No help from them. I now had to pay them to get my package reconnected. They were only willing to help once payment had been received. I have not dealt with such people in all my life. They are willing to help a consumer at all unless they want to.
My husband had an balance outstanding for Bayport. We asked them for the final balance as we wanted to settle the account. We mailed the proof of payment to the mail address provided. My husband then sent a separate mail to the person that sent him the information asking them to please send a letter stating that we have settled the account. We settled on the 11.09, it is now the 17.09 and we still have not been contacted or even sent a letter by anybody in the Bayport organisation. I cannot even phone them and ask as they say that I am not the account holder and cannot be given any information. We need the letter asap and it seems nobody can assist my husband and I.
I bought a suppose to be a compatible Samsung cartridge and it is leaving marks all over my documents. I have never experienced something like this when buying a cartridge. I have sent them a message on their chat line and no one answers. I am definitely not going to buy there again. Very upsetting as you spend the money and think you get something decent.
my husband has a policy with old mutual for the last 5yrs or so, he had a broker but unfortunately he does not work there anymore. we have been trying for the last month to get information about a broker as we need to have the broker come and see us as we need to update and put new documents in place on the policy. we have been given the run around from them. the client service portal is useless and a client cannot get anywhere with them. I have sent repeated mails for them to please get a broker to contact us and still we have had no feedback from them. all they do is give you other no's and e-mails to contact and not a specific person in this regard. it takes them almost two weeks for them to respond to a query and still no action from their side. we need urgent help with this.
Saw an ad for a vehicle for sale on junkmail. Put in an offer for the amount advertised. Got an invoice from gumtree stating what needs to be done for the sale to go through. Did everything they asked. Then the client came with a different amount after the amount had been paid told him to cancel the transaction and he said it cannot be done as the goods needs to be delivered and rejected on delivery before a refund can be done. Now Gumtree says that I need to pay the balance before I can receive a refund or it will take 7yrs. The amount on the invoice was from them and was the advertised amount which was paid. I want a refund as the client wants a higher price for the vehicle that was not accepted by me.
