Poor customer service from their call centre, I think the dude's name was Francois, but I know for a fact his middle name is ********** Every month their portal incorrectly accounts for data on Rain LTE. This time I had enough and called in - there were no apologies offered at any stage, simply an ad nauseum explanation every time I opened my mouth to speak. I literally had to shout over this *****, who continued spouting excuses about Internet Solutions' backbone blablah, as if somehow I care about their issues. He got pretty aggressive towards the end of the call, so I straight up asked him to put the miscalculated data back into my account, this was a mistake because he flipped his lid, pretty funny actually as I wasn't expecting free data. I had to hang up on him shortly thereafter as it simply got too much hearing him rant about backend systems and telling me I'm a freeloader for asking for data. All I wanted was an apology oke
Just thought I'd share something I witnessed while driving from Durban to Pietermaritzburg on the N3. This was about 20km outside PMB. Eldo Coaches bus (DK72FD GP) overtaking on the left multiple times in slow moving traffic, coming back into fast lane and nearly hitting cars behind and to the rear TWICE (different cars each time). One car had to brake hard and swerve right to avoid collision. Think twice before using their services.
Firstly, I was overcharged for a can of peppered mackerel - as usual the prices on the shelves do not concur with those at checkout. Then, there was plastic in the fish. Lovely fish tho, but I do prefer plastic-free fish. Secondly, a brand new line of coffee has recently been launched (I've tried the Kenyan, R110/500g, cheap, and it sucks) and it all comes in NON-RECYCLABLE foil/plastic. Are we not past this yet? The fishies thank you Woolworths. I guess they'll finally get to sleep, cos they'll be dead:)
Blue plastic wrap, a piece about 3 cm long and 1cm wide, found inside a fishcake. Who knows what else goes into these things.

First warning sign - no user reviews are visible anywhere on the website.
So here is the first real review of Stay In Cape Town, for Green Park apartment 504.

The negatives: The actual apartment was a slum. Mould all over, cockroaches roaming freely etc.
The bed was not great and had no mattress protector. It had been turned the wrong side up, but was filthy on the other side.

If you would like to see pictures of the shocking state the apartment was in then please look at my profile on Imgur (incip . imgur . com)

There was also no internet access despite the place being advertised as having \wifi."Technically this is right - there was WIFI - but who the heck needs WIFI if there's no internet connection?

The lift broke while we were there. A guy was stuck in it for over an hour.

Security is poor - we saw the gate up to the flats left open one day. A random guy knocked on our door but then pretended he was looking for another flat. Warning notices are posted at lifts

The positives: Greenpark 504 is in a great location"
