I’m very disappointed in African Bank, they’ve blocked my credit card without notification and since yesterday I’ve been conversing with them and no adequate response has been given, I’m stranded in some town have slept in the car and I’m told they don’t know when it’s gonna be fixed. Can someone please help me resolve this thing ASAP because I can’t wait for Monday.
I bought a Bakkie from this company, it was delivered by a sales agent to me from Heidelberg to Mount Ayliff Eastern Cape, the sales persons says the bakkie on the way showed an ABS light but immediately went off, I've driven the bakkie a week tgen it showed an engine light then went off, it's been 2 days now still waiting for the dealership to send someone to collect. The dealer principal said he was gonna call in morning knowing very well that he has a workshop and is not going to do that. I'm stuck with no can and they've taken my bakkie with them. Crooks
Sunday the 15th September 2017, went to KFC Mount Ayliff in the Eastern Cape, it was rather a very chilling night, when I get there the aircorn is at zero degrees Celsius and directed straight to the clients way, I get there everybody is complaing about this, so I ask the security at the door to switch it of or at least make it warmer, he refused then I asked the lady who was serving me she refused point blank, I was left with no choice but to call the manager or the shift supervisor so I did and some lady came with a tag that reads team member and I reiterated that I need to speak to someone senior on the shift she laughed at me and said I may speak to her, I then insisted a lady by the name of Gugu finally came through and I explained what had happened and to my surprise she just laughed at me and left me standing there and few seconds later I was called names like "cima layita" translated in English as on and off, I was very disgusted and felt shame for myself as well. Can we please get answers from them as in why clients are being laughed at and sadly I'm not their only laughing stock, they laugh at everyone who complains knowing that Mount Ayliff is a very small town and complaints don't reach the highest level of management at the top of KFC. Mawande Just been mistreated at roots buchery by the employees and the manager, I buy meet at roots Protea Glen Mall, Soweto every month and I spend about R1000 a month, today like always I went to roots to by my monthly stick of meat, went to the cashier, the cashier says to me I must take the meat put of the buscket which I really didn't mind, but she said it with attitude, I then told her that the buscket is infront of you you can just take the items and scan them as well, she got furious with cursing and telling me the way to get off until she grabbed the buscket with high force coursing all the meat to spil on the floor, I then called the manager, a very rude Juwish guy who said I must pay for the things that spel, and didn't even wanna here my side of the story, that was humiliating and disgraceful, when I was walking towards my car the staff and the manager all were shouting HAMBA UCABANGA UKUTHI UNGUBANI, which loosely translates, go who do you think you are,, I need to put a stop to this as I think I'm not the only victim to this kind of abuse, this can not go on Mawande Magadla 0833182858
I was sitting on the couches and a cleaner said I must lift my feet up so that she can sweep the floor, I refused as I was busy witho other staff, she swept my feet with the broom and said if I don't want to lift my feet, she's gonna sweep them, I then reported the matter to her superiors and was told she would be felt with, and she even refused to apologize to me even when asked by her bosses. I need an apology urgently.
For the second time in 2 consecutive days I get into the municipality building and chased away because he cashier is either not at work or busy with other staff, yester we slept without food and seems we gonna do he same today because a civil servant Can't do their job, and the manager is Mr Dumisabi Gqeba.
