poor quality defy machine
I purchased my defy on the 06/03/2022 i have been getting a error code E6 since the start ,I have had someone out 4 times now and all i am being told is that there is too much washing in the machine od the floor in my bathroom is not level, the thing is how do i guess with this machine if there is too much washing in it there is no indicatoreven my 10 year old machine could tell me if my load was too heavy for the machine, the guy also said the level of water is probably not enough and that's why it keeps switching off, I will not ever purchase a defy product i just wasted hard earn money to a company that sells a poor product.

Opened Feta cheese
I purchased Feta cheese and when I got home I realized it was open and eaten from,when I called I explained to the lady that I was unable to come immediately because I stayed a distance away. When I went to the store they just refused to give me a new product. Highly disappointed,

bad insurance claim
There was a fire at my house 2 months ago, I have not received any satisfaction from standard bank, I called into the call centre today to speak to a rude agent who was not able to give me a turn around time for payment of my insurance who just put the phone off in my ears ,meantime I am fixing my property with my own funds and standard bank insurance has not come to the party and there rude ignorant, rude agents cant tell me what there turn around times are, I have been paying my insurance since day one but when we claim they don't assist you like they should.

My contract ended 2 months ago and I have tried to cancel it about 4 times already ...I have done this online however I am being charged ,tried calling the call centre but I cannot get hold of them.I went to a store and the lady was not helpful at all.

late delivery
So going by takealot motto fast delivery they have not kept to it.my husband ordered a Stroller online,we reviewed a package Wednesday to find out it had been a feed chair not what we ordered,we thwn contacted the company several time to collect the incorrect package ,we where advised we would receive our original order the following day .Today is Saturday and I still haven't received anything.
