I ordered some dunked wings on September 18th and waited over an hour for them to arrive. Eventually, I was told my order got cancelled because there were no drivers available. They said I’d get my refund in 7 to 14 days, but I still haven’t seen it. I really want my refund.

I purchased three items from them, but I only received two of the items. They assured me that they would refund me for the missing item. I have been waiting for a month now.

When I called last week, no one was able to assist me, so I went to the branch in Kempton Park CBD on Saturday, where they asked for my identification, did some verification, and informed me that my account would be active on Tuesday. My washing machine, which is not even 3 months old, that I am renting from TELJOY, stopped working. I requested that they come and fix it on the 30th of June. Finally, they came, but needed to order a part to fix it. After doing a follow-up, they told me they would have to borrow another washing machine since they don't have stock to replace it. I have been struggling to get my refund from them, eventually I got it today but I was short refunded. They only refunded me for 1 item whereas I returned both items. The package was not Even open. Both items were returned. I want my money please. Makro is a biggest scam.
I recently moved to another city so I have been asking Spark Bramely to email me a transfer letter for my son since we had to find another school for him, but they are ignoring my request, sending me around. I have successfully cancelled my contract with them so don't understand why is this an issue. please assist.
Do not Buy from Makro online. it is the worst service ever. I have asked for my refund from the 26/01/22 till today I am still waiting everyday I call them and they give me the same excuse of calling the third party to find out. no one comes back to me with any feedback and everyday I call them and they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. its frustrating.
I bought two items from them online, when they were delivered I realized its the wrong Items and I went online to return them. I only got the response that an agent will call me and I have been waiting since last week Friday. when I contact them i am being ignored.
i had sent a transnational dispute on Saturday where my account was debited without my authorization instead of being refunded. i called std bank they sent me a form of dispute to feel and send it back. i did all that on Saturday but till today my query has not been resolved everyday i call them i don't get a straight answer they don't even give me a turnaround time for the query. i am actually irritated with std bank. their service is very terrible. i don't know how are we going to do it with this pandemic forcing us to do this electronically and still get ****py service from service providers instead of them meeting us half way.
