Worst Customer Experience John Dorys Golden Horse
John Dorys Golden Horse Casino, PMB!! We experienced absolutely abysmal service at this branch. A planned family dinner turned out to be an evening full of frustration. We received some of our meals over an hour after being attended to. The meals came in dribs and drabs. The last a full 105 minutes later. The service was pathetic. The menus remained on our table, we had to clear our own plates, we even had to wait for the bill. We were told there were no chopsticks for sushi but other tables were given. The manager was no where to be seen. We sat there for over 2 hours and not once did he/she visit our table. The waitress seemed to be doing us a favour by attending to us. One order wasn't placed in the kitchen as according to the waiter we didn't place it but miraculously brought the the food out 2 minutes later. Not once did the waiter even check on our table. One of our worst customer experiences ever. Highly doubtful that we will visit this branch again.

Pizza Hut - Poor Quality
Poor quality pizza. Topping was ridiculously rationed. Chicken was dry. I emailed the head office to complain and to date (2 weeks later) there hasn't been a response from them.

Skippers Woodburn Poor Service and Taste
Skippers Woodburn PMB- Slow service, only one cashier on duty for a busy weekend. The squid heads were overly fried, left a bitter after taste. The prawn pops tasted stale. Was disappointing to say the least. The lady at the pass could adopt a better attitude when dealing with customers who have been waiting an extended period for their meal.

Swissland Cheese - Midlands Meander
Such an awesome experience at Swissland Cheese. The service was great, very friendly lady at the counter. Fantastic cheese selection. The spreads and chutneys were equally delicious. The atmosphere and setting on the top of the hill is fabulous. A bit of a mission to get to top but so worth it. Great family destination. Kids loved the goats as well. Will definitely recommend this place. #WIN

Great Customer Experience - Chavda International

Excellent Service Call Center Durban
Excellent service by a lady named shuaifah (Durban Call Center). She was so patient, polite and understanding. She attended to my technical problem with such compassion and went the extra mile to ensure we had picture. Thank you so much for your awesome service.
