I have yet to receive my payment from December until 21st of January 2025. I have made numerous phone calls amd received confirmation from Tebogo and Kylan that payment would be made after I provided various proofs of my right to receive payment. Citiq's continued failure to make payment is a contravention of my consumer rights and in contrast to the legal agreement between us and constitutes ***** and theft. Until I receive the payment owed to me from 1 December until 21st of January, I will continue to use any platform possible to right this wrong.
De*****ed and refuse to pay my rebate since December 2024. I made an inquiry regarding sale of my property after having received an offer from buyer and received relevant reply. On the strength of my inquiry my bank account was blocked and although the property was only transferred to the new owner and I footed the bill all along, they refuse to pay my rebate. I have sent email upon email and made numerous telephone calls but they refuse to phone me or respond to my messages or emails and worse refuse to pay me. This is theft plain and simple.
@miwayinsurance Stop calling me please, MiWay. I receive numerous calls every single day from different numbers identified by my Truecaller. I don't want to talk to your sales people and I don't want your product!! God forbid, I ever will. I have contacted you and you agreed to have my number removed but since this conversations you have contacted me 5 times, and that after hours!!!
My tenant is buying electricity at more than a R1 per kw more than the local electricity provider's rate. I have tried to sent a 'contact us' inquiry but it will not allow you to submit unless you install software from another application. Then I tried to phone but after holding on for a very long time was met with a very unhelpful call centre agent for whom I had to spell out everything and then could not even give me a reference number, but cut the call. Is this type of ******ion not *******?
Incessant spam calls and refusal to desist using my number. I have never had any business with Cell C. Nor have I ever given them permission to use number or phone me multiple times daily. I have escalated the request numerous times to cease and desist with this harassment, but it is ongoing.
Most terrible ******* i I have ever experienced. Ordered 2x double cheese burgers large with chips with Uber from Burger King. Got charged R229 without delivery or tip and burgers are not even 2cm high, meat 2mm thick with thin slice of pickle and not even a full slice of cheese. Complained to Preller Square Burger King and they claimed that it's Uber Eats fault as they 'misrepresented' the menu! Rude, and terrible service and food is even worse!!!!!!!

Was cold-called and offered a loan. I applied and was approved provisionally. Then got SMS to submit salary advice. Which I did. Then got another SMS to supply a bank statement- then I supplied THREE month's statements. Then got a SMS that the information supplied was insufficient. What a waste of time and I tried phoning, but get put through from person to person. I eventually phoned and asked to have to speak to manager; now apparently they can't transfer me as they are working from home and also cannot give out email addresses. I eventually was put on hold indefinitely and eventually hanged up. POOR poor attitude and even worse service. Their complaint box also doesn't work - it keeps telling one that you put in wrong characters - which I didn't. What a total wast of my time.
Purchased Dell Laptop and Microsoft Office 365 online; paid for both, but only received the laptop and not the office package. Done in with R1200!!!! I have tried hundreds of times to phone the contact number, and all options available, but the phone does not get answered!
