After friday the 6th of Feb that I left a review about the bad service I received from Cell c, they sent me a sms with ref. Nr stating that they will contact me back. This has not happened to date,
I tried to sort out my account that was billed incorrect over the past 2-3 months, 1 hour on the phone with no resolution, then I went to the shop in Centurion mall but even the consultant had to call the customer care desc but was also cut off. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and in the mean time they are robbing me by charging R250.11 per giga bite of data out of bundle. Last statement it was R117 and the month before R97, no fixed rate and then the customer care agent told me the out of bundle tariff is R1.10 per megabite, what a *******.

Checked that my contract was international roaming registered on their app before leaving for Dubai, since I left the country I had no coms and if I mail them threw wifi connection, they just send stupid replies like contact us from your phone or that I had to register before leaving for roaming. The rest of the time they bombard me with service servays.no efford to get me connected. The previous time I had days of battling to cancel a contract and use the number as prepaid. No client service at all.
Going on for years, Bonitas charges us more than 60% of the total if I order my medication or buy it from any other pharmacy. They short delivered my chronic blood preasure an diabetes meds last month and after numerous calls being promised that they are escalating the delivery, I am without meds and the put down the phone in my ear twice today. Still no delivery
I ordered and paid full amount for a fridge and R200 delivery fee, the first unit leaked water from the dispenser and was returned, the second unit had dents and scratches on the doors. Then they were out of stock and I was refunded the unit price but not the R200 delivery fee that was paid for a fridge I never received. Then I ordered a different make fridge also paid in full with R200 delivery fee again that was delivered 06/07/22. This unit also had damage on the door and I refused to take delivery, they refunded me before close of business but again not the delivery fee but that was rectified last night. I am still battling to get the first R200 delivery fee refunded and the call centre don't read the mails that I send with ref numbers and all I am just getting replies that they need a ref number or they ref to the last order that was refunded in total but nothing about the first refund that was short of R200.
I was so happy with sixty60 right from the start, good delivery times and and very little times the Centurion shop did not have in stock what I ordered. Since 2 weeks back I can not get any beers, ciders and other liquors except wine and a above average of what I order on groceries is out of stock. I called the help centre and was told that my account was moved to Castle gate shop and they don't have a liquor shop so I can't order any other liquor except wine. They don't have any answer for the rest of the out of stock items and won't move my account that I used on a very regular basis back to the Centurion shop where I was happy to do business with them. It is pointless to me that I must use an app that can not supply me with my regular orders like in the past. Please move my account back to where it was. Hope to hear from you soon.
Placed an order online for 50 water bottels to be branded and delivered by 26/11/21 sent the artwork to Kagiso and after a week of un answered mails and messages left with reception, I finally got hold of him after threatening to speak to the sales manager. He confirmed that he would follow up on monday morning and call me back but again nothing, by wednesday it was getting urgent because my client needed his order to present to their member on Saturday with their year end function. Yesterday I got a mail from Kagiso stating that they are busy packing but delivery is going to be a problem. I am a handicapped individual and for me to travel to Edenvale at 16h30 on a friday afternoon from Centurion to collect if they close at 17h00 was impossible. I replied to his mail and asked if we can pick up this morning, but no reply. Even the phone lines were not answered by 16h30 yesterday and now I can not deliver a order that needed to be at my client this afternoon. This type of service delivery us why small enterprises do not survive and UN employment is so high. Thanks Kagiso and your employer Kevro for costing me a loss in income
TRIED TO CHANGE 2 CONTRACT NR TO PREPAID SINCE START JANUARY 2021 BUT STILL BEING CHARGED FOR THE CONTRACTS EVERY MONTH SINCE.
