Its disappointing at the level of service you recieve when trying to plan an event. I have been emailing and calling from July and still unable to get someone to assist.
By far this was thw worst experience.Firstly was put on the bus because staff member insteaded that is the bus we need to get on. Then to be stuck in park station for 4 hour only to have my family spilt up and management did nothing.
Useless when it comes to assisting wirh fraud. I logged a called on Monday and had a person who doesnt know how to do their job assist. To find out nothing was done when I logged the original call. Why have a fraud department.
Once again clicks online customer service never seems to suprise me with disappointing service and how long it takes to resolve a simply issue. Not worth the effort and frustration shopping online with them!!!
Disappointing experience received from online shopping. I ordered online to receive my order super fast. To discover 1 item was missing. I emailed them and even took a picture of my order that I received. Logged a telephonic and did a couple of follow-up calls and still the issue has not been resolved. No one has bothered to get back to me ? Will think twice before shopping online!!!
Disappoint in the recent service received. I have purchase an item and have emailed them 3 times already to enquire when this will be delivered and haven't received any feedback.
Disappointed at the service received at FBN. I applied for a new credit card 2 weeks ago and up till date have not received it. I have logged calls and followed up. Only to get told my card is on the way. Yet i have not recieved this. Is this the service we can expert to recieve?
<p>I had purchased something for take a lot. When placing the order I clearly requested where the order be delivered. Which I then call them to highlight the delivery instructions. As its against company policy to receive orders to the front of the store. Which was a waste of my time as the delivery guy still delivered the order through the front doors. Then the order was rejected he was irritated and still delivered it through the front door. With no apology but with attitude. </p> <p> </p> <p>Which never end there!!!!</p> <p>To get home to see the seal was broken. I have logged this with take a lot. A week ago and was promised the order will be collected and replaced. Even after receiving emails confirming that the order will be collected.... I still waiting!!!!</p> <p>Would reconsider buy from them again.....</p>

<p>Its honestly shocking I logged a complaint about Telkom online application and the service I experienced on the 24 May. Eventually someone from Telkom did read my message on the 26 May and replied to me that someone will be in contact with me shortly. Its gone 30 hours and still no some one has called or followed up. Has customer service gone out the window! </p>
