What a waste of my money. I purchased sandals in December of the previous year, and now the logo has come off, which is hardlya year. Galxboy they telling me of a 6-month warranty after spending 2k on something I don't even wear everyday ๐ฅฒ I should have simply bought a Guess sandal for R2,000. I will never again purchase anything from this Galxboy Not after buying so many things from them ๐ฅฒ I will definitely go to the same podcast that made me believe in supporting local and only to find out it's a waist of my money. I have bought few pairs of Polo and Guess and never came across such low quality ๐ฅฒ

I recently had the opportunity to update my policy with Momentum, and I must commend Tapiwa Mhlanga for his exceptional service. His assistance was not only incredibly helpful but also delivered with utmost friendliness, making the entire process a pleasant experience. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. However what a terrible service received from Momentum assist in Sunday when I request for roadside assistant.
I had the pleasure to speak to Nosipho Nqezo who was very patient and willing to assist, We were on a 35-minute call as I had a problem with the fiber line and she was never irritated. I am very impressed with the service she is a perfect example of what a consultant is supposed to be ๐

I gave a Game store card, which I paid via the app on the 25th payment reflected immediately I was able to us my card on the 27th, 29 I got a call that my act is in errors I checked the Game app apparently payment was reversed. I went to the bank to find out as I did not receive the money back and Capitec they advise I can't or they can't reverse the payment as it's an online purchase. Mavis from Game called me I explained, she then advised I should send my bank statement which I did on the 1st. The very same day they responded that the payment reflected. The 2nd I got a call again and I explained the same thing and the lady was super rude
The mist useless insurance, I contacted Momentum assist yesterday as my car was stuck in mud, I spoke to Sally she handed up on me after giving her my contact details, I called again I spoke to Kgomotso she did the same thing. I was on the side of the road for a good 3 hours without any help from Momentum. I will be taking legal actions. As am being transferred from pillar to post as I need answersโฆโฆ l
