I am currently on the call with Mweb for over an hour. Trying to cancel my service. Got answered and then put back onto the que. Mweb is the worse. Please cancel my damn service.
In December, I went to the Northriding branch to do this nail design. I was given a nail technician. I showed her this design, and she said okay she can do it. "After applying the color, and when it came to the nail design, she then said she couldnt do it. I showed her alternative designs and then she said "I won't lie to you I can't draw anything I can only do French designs" then she asked her colleagues and all of them said they couldn't draw. I was so annoyed I had to pay for something I didn't want. Furthermore, when I asked them to show me a color palette to choose a color for my French tips, she told me to stand up and go see the colours they have. They entire time, while getting my nails done, they constantly complained about everything. I gave then another chance and went for a soak off. While the nail technician was removing my nails, she was removing her nails as well. She took so long with my soak off. The shop was closing and they started packing up. The nail technician didn't even buff my nails. When I spoke to my sister about my experience she told me they she has never experienced anything like this. They always shape and buff her nails after a soak off and her new set of nails have well drawn nail art... I'm ****ed off.
I have being calling Vodacom since December asking for the online exclusive deal on the Samsung A55 deal that comes with a Galaxy 6 watch. Consultants keep telling me that that deal is not available yet its still on the website. This is false advertising and I honestly really want that deal. Ive being told the watches are out of stock but many of the stores have them? Guys what are you'll doing?
I've signed up with mweb and Metrofibre beginning of Dec. I'm experiencing very low fibre speeds. I'm currently on the call with them to get the job done myself because both MWEB and metrol fibre are very useless and unfortunately the complex I stay in only allows metro fibre. It's almost Christmas and I haven't had any sort of connectivity since signing up yet both have taken my money
Ive finally received my order from Mweb on Tuesday after waiting for a whole month. When I switched it on there was an Internet fault. I called the call centre and spoke to an agent for 2 hours and nothing was fixed. Eventually I was able to connect on my cellphones but not on my PC and Tv. After trying to fix it myself I test my line and the speed is 5.2 upload and download. I ordered a 150 line! Its so difficult to get hold of support and I end up spending more money then I should. Please fix my line or cancel my product im so gatvol right now!

I am reaching out for the second time regarding an unresolved issue that has left me extremely frustrated. I have been a loyal Standard Bank client since I was 18 years old, but this situation has deeply shaken my confidence in your service. I settled my vehicle finance account in mid-October, yet my account was still debited afterward. Despite numerous calls, I was informed that my refund was scheduled for the 8th of November. However, it is now month-end, and after 10 additional calls, there has still been no resolution. This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. I kindly request that this issue be escalated and resolved as a priority. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will have no choice but to consider moving my accounts to another bank. I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and restore my faith in Standard Bank's commitment to its clients.
I've made so many calls and requested call backs from standard bank. No one has helped me and I still have not received my refund yet that was scheduled for the 8th November it's almost monthly end. What the hell Standard bank. Do the right things standard bank what the hell

My family and I visited the aqua dome this weekend on Monday the 23rd September. The amount of chemicals used in the pools have given us such a bad skin reaction and had an horrible affect on our hair as well. My 7 year old has a swollen face and our hair feels so damaged after washing it three times trying to get the chemicals out. Nothing works our skin still has the residue from the chemicals, it burns. This is unacceptable. I've been to the aqua dome many times and I've never experienced this before. Had the quality of emerald dropped? Do you guys add more chemicals and clean the pools less. This is disgusting
