On the 12 September 2025, I did a withdrawal on my two pots, by the 19 September I received a confirmation email that the money will be deposited in my account within 48 hours and to date, no payment received.
Bad service I received from this company to date
Every time I play on Hollywood bet they hide my bets, today I played bonuses and played (45) times 2 and instead of paying me R2600 , they only pay me R1380 , all my bets I played were played with R30 , my number is 0615627470
This company called me to offer the loan, fortunately the loan was declined. Funny the went my bank to debit my account for the the loan repayment that I never received. Please be careful of this scammers.

I have order a fibre service from webafrica, they delivered the devices after a while, and on Monday when we went live in our area they sent a technician from metro fibre to come and install the devices as a plug and go, when he left he said the system will be up and running in 10 minutes, but to my surprise until now, their device is still not working and no internet in my house. The worst part is this morning they debited my account by R531.00 for the devices that are not working, I think they are scamming people, please be on the look out for their criminality. How can you pay for the service that is not working this is form of criminality, imagine signing a 24 months contract with criminals. someone please help.
Multichoice is busy scamming their clients. I am a loyal client of multichoice and who never skip a monthly payment, on the 29th June I went to pay my account at Spar, and the cashier informed me that my monthly premium was R1599.00 which I disputed and I ended up paying R900.00 because I use their premium package. I then called multichoice to find out the big jump on the premiums, which they explained to me that it was an annual once of payment of insurance since I am having two decoders. Then I asked them to show me the proof of communication about the once payment of insurance and they failed. Now week in week out my viewing is being affected and they switch off whenever they want. And to make matters worse DSTV employees are so incompetent in a away that they can't even read their financial statement for individual clients and are very rude, yesterday I had to deal with an incompetent embicile girl called Lindiwe, who does not customer service skill, nor have financial back round to assist clients. DSTV must stop reaping of the poor of the poor, we are trying our utmost best to use their facilities but they are useless ever. Then I called again and spoke to another lady who was working from home, with children making noise and dogs barking outside, that is the highest level of incompetence from the company we are paying every month.. Everyday the cut of my viewing I have to use my airtime to call them to fix their problem. The insurance should be reversed from my account and be charged monthly, I have called them several times to request them to fix split the insurance and charge it throughout the year and they are still failing to resolve their systems, now I am tired of incompetent company like this in our country.
I am a client of cellC for the past 11 years and every time I am up for upgrade they have stories and I am not eligible for upgrade of the handset because of various stories. The problem started when I changed my banking institute, I called Cellc for almost every month to have my banking details changed but I was told that I have to go to a branch and have my details changed there, I went to the branch which demanded that I bring statements and all of sort, I did that but I was not helped because most of the time I went there it was about the end of the month so I was turned down and not help because their systems must update first before they can help me. Besides all above my account is up to date I have been paying it cash in the ATM's before month ends because I was aware of their tricks. Now that I am eligible for an upgrade they told me that I am not handling my account well and I do not qualify but my account with the has never been overdue or skip a date on a new month. I am sick and tired of these incompetent individual who are I pay their salaries on a monthly basis and besides my account is forever above R1600 per month because I use my phone for personal and business matters. My account with ADT is NKO01339 and my contact is ********** 588. In July 2017 I logged a call with ADT call centre for fixing my beams, a technician came to see what the problem was but failed to fix it, he left and I signed the slip that he came. Third day after he promised to come and fix the issue, he did something but the problem continued, I logged the third called by still nothing happened and on the fifth time he called me to make arrangement to come and fix the beams problem and he managed to fix them until today they are working perfect. My problem is ADT charged me for four calls logged on their system for one problem that they failed to fix in the first place and now they are busy trying to debit my account for R392.00 monthly instalments instead of debit the credits that they took in my bank for incompetency. And they are threatening to suspend my account while they actually owes me. This is not the right way to make money out of black South Africans they should have billed me once for a call out and fixed the problem there at first instead of coming to my house four times with success.
