Please stay away from this ****mer. I Placed an order to the value of R1,584 For a Gas heater and cylinder on the 21st of March 2025 to date there is no communication from them. My call was only answered once on the 28th of March 2025 spoke with a white male who said the courier will pick my order the sameday, follow up emails were then ignored. Lately all calls (a Cellphone number by the way) are going to voicemail. I hope this will help prevent you from being the next victim.
Placed an online order on Black Friday and thought it might take weeks or a month before I received my goods. Wow! to my surprise my delivery was made in less than 5 days. Keep it up.
I have been using this brand for a while now and my online shopping experience has been nothing but excellence. Keep up the good work.
I would like to applaud the recent service from Polo SA. Order well received and I was kept up to date with the progress until it was delivered yesterday. I thought it might take a while to deliver.
I feel disappointed to learn that I once again have to raise my complain through this platform in order to get you to do Job. I have made a claim for a so called cash back plan which is not yet processed this is despite the turn around time stipulated by your consultants having passed. Today I called in to find out what it is that could be the reason why no payment has been made, unfortunately the consultant did not know why, when I asked to be referred to the relevant department the answer was only internal staff have direct line of communication. I have a history with this company where a funeral policy was paid a long time after the burial passed. All I can say is Hollard is very good with collecting premiums but come claim-time they forget they even have policies meant to enforce the service level agreements. Now can you imagine if it so difficult to claim such a small amount how tedious it would be when it comes to the big one. Regards Shadrack
I can confirm that I logged a complaint (case ref: 18432266) with Telkom mobile billing department since 24.02.2016 and was promised a turnaround time of between 2 to 72 working hours, however to date no correspondence has been made with me. I made a follow-up this morning with their call centre and the lady I spoke to confirmed they do not have any direct contacts to the relevant personnel, she could however see that my query has not been concluded.<br> <br> What happened is I recently upgraded my contract and the agreement was that an amount of R199.00 will be debited per month, to my surprise I received a sms last week stating that R864.62 will be going-off my account on the 29.03.2016, which indeed happened. <br> <br> I am terribly disappointed with Telkom's deceit as I have been a loyal client to them for the past 2 years and for the first time ever I got to rate them 0 from the previous 10 out of 10's I used to give them. <br>
I can confirm that for the last 2 years, Hollard had failed me drastically and no one could give me a convincing explanation as to why they debited me twice within one month. I called them on the 29.12.2015 complaining about the debit order which ran on my normal debit date after I had made a special arrangement as per their recommendation since it was December.<br> <br> To date, I have not received any correspondence about the matter and yet I already incurred bank charges worth R180.00 due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism, what I am expecting from them is my refund which should be inclusive of the charges.
