I am a Uber Driver and I was ******ed by the securities at this mall they took R300 from me and told me uber vehicles are not allow in the mall, I am very disappointed especially that I was dropping of a client who came to the mall and I wasn't even picking up anyone, I saw show a sign that says no ehailing vehicle allowed which surprisingly in placed inside the mall and not even visible it should have atlist been placed outside the mall or entrance so that we see it before we enter the mall
Disappointed by Wesbank I have a Vehicle Finance Contract with them and I was behind payment of which I made an arrangement with them to male payment of I was honoring it but to my surprise the vehicle was repossessed from me and it's been 3 weeks now been trying to contact them to make arrangements to settle the vehicle in full but they keep saying we will call you back or email you I have heard nothing from them now got a shock of my life when they say the car is going om auction for half the amount owed while I still offered to settle the balance now if its auctioned at half amount and I still have to be liable for the short fall I feel this is unfair practice
<div>I took my car for a Uber Inspection at Dekra Turffontein and I received the worst service ever, The inspector failed and vehicle and said my car had no brakes and the hand brake was not working...that was not true am 100 percent certain My car is oky I requested a retest but they refused the inspector went on to say they already tested the car 3 times with different inspectors which was clearly a lie, I further asked for him to show me why he says my brakes are not working he then changed his statement to I never said they not working it's the machine that said so, I said the brakes are not aligned 100 percent to each other, I don't even know what that means, I was entitled to a retest and they refused me even when I asked to see if they machine was calibrated they refused I drive a 2022 vehicle which am certain its in good order, even the inspector was rude </div>
Very disappointed by African Bank, they running a promotion swip 10 times and deposit 5000 you will receive a reward, I did that and received nothing I had to go inside the branch to enquire and they fixed it promised me 150 back in my account and guess what they deposited R16 this is very back service from them Why promise us something then not do it
My car was hijacked and I contact matrix to report it, and another tracking company which found the car first before matrix and they handed the car over to me, matrix cam almost an hour after I have received the vehicle and told me that since the vehicle has been found they will leave cause if they stay they will charge me waiting fee we agreed they can leave but surprisingly now they charging me a fee of 1550 for recovery of the vehicle this was not explained to me and am being treated unfair it comes as a surprise to me
I am very disappointed with African Bank, they froze my account because I entered the wrong pin two times while trying to withdraw money but on third attempt I got it right, but my account was frozen now am unable to use it, this was last week Thursday 03/06/2021 I went to the branch the following morning and asked them to unblock my account they then told me they tough someone was using my account without my knowledge then the lady assisting me started asking where the recent funds came from I told her my brother she requested proof of payment I submitted it and they told me it will be resolved within 2 hours since then it's been Five days no one has came back to me I keep calling them everyday and they tell me someone will call u back this is unfair and bad service I haven't been able to pay my rent because of them
I have a contract with telkom and last year in October the was cable theft in the area I reported it to telkom and telkom told me they will not be replacing it as it's expensive and they are ending the ADSL package I was on they told me they will migrate me to LET and I will not be charged any cancelation fees as this was a migration and I was continuing with contract but to my seprise Telkom has been billing me on the old account every month that they told me they will close, but never did and they say am now in arrreas of 2300 I have been trying to call telkom for the past week now and every time I call I first get placed on hold then after 30 to 40 minutes I only get to speak to a consultant when I explain to them what happened they ask for my details which I supply and they put me on hold again until a 20 Minutes goes but and the call drops, no one ever calls me back but they have my details and they have went on to list me on ITC which has badly affected my credit rating please assist me Please cause telkom is failing me am very disappointed given that I have being with telkom for over 6 years now
I had purchased electricity via prepaid 24 an the turn around time was amazing and service was on point thank you and big ups
