I placed 3 orders on one day, I received the 1st order two weeks ago but still waiting for the other 2. Please go and check how many times I called your call centre and the incompetence is is staggering. You keep me between the blaming the courier and they tell me that you requested the parcels to be returned. Everyone promises to call you back but nobody does, The query is currently with Morris a team leader that was supposed to follow up... If you are not going to deliver my packages I am withholding my payment.
I wish I could rate you at 0 instead of 1, I phoned your call centre numerous times on the 010-4948223 number. Please go and listen to these calls and tell me how many times I should try and change an address and the conflicting info I get from your advisors. Can someone call me to sort this out.
Applied online for credit, I was pre approved and instructed to go to my nearest branch and submit documents, I went to the Clearwater Mall branch, from the onset it was the worst possible service ever. They refused to accept any documentation or even phone head office because I recently changed over to Discovery Bank from Capitec, so the three months banks statements was for Capitec and the last one for Discovery. The women that helped me did not wear a name tag and ignored me flat. From there I went to Westgate branch, wow what a change I was greeted properly at the entrance and immediately felt important. I was then referred to Lebo and Octavia that proceeded to assist me with a great attitude. If I did not go to the Westgate branch Hifi Corp would have lost out on R40,000.00. Can someone please call me to discuss this. Regards
Good day, I had a query today and called the call centre. I spoke to Audrey Shabangu and Masesi Khamkham. What a nice surprise, they were friendly and assisted me with a smile on their face. Please thank them for me. Regards
5 calls to you call centre, 4 of them was cut you are incompetent. Get a supervisor or team manager to call me ASAP
I have repeated my story over 20 times in the last 48 hours. It is regarding a credit card application that was denied, I then appealed the decision and this is where everything goes to sh@t. Can a manager or someone that understands English or even better Afrikaans call me. I checked my phone records and I spend over 2 hours on several calls to the 011-7104710 number. Phone me PLEASE.
