Absolutely appalling service. Had our package for over a week with no updates. Then all of a sudden a delivery note that has been signed by a person that is no where near to us. Everytime we phone it's a different story. A valuable package that has been given to someone else and no one knows who is accountable. Perhaps it's time to get a lawyer involved. And take everyone grievances to court
Absolutely disgusting service from Debonairs Pizza Westville. Ordered a pizza at 18.53 which was accepted by the store. It's now 20.24 and no pizza no phone call nothing. This is not the first time this is happened. Absolutely disgusting to throw business away in a time like this
I purchased a new watch in April. and now the strap has broken. I have searched all the games and haven't had luck in found the right strap. How does a company sell something but have no replacement straps. After countless attempts at reaching customer service, i have gotten one feeble email back and nothing since then. This is now an ongoing problem. i do not mind buying the strap on the own. But after no service from BFIT i would rather take my mine elsewhere. I am very disappointment and will definitely be moving to a different fitness watch provider
This is the worst website to hire a car from. When requesting to cancel a booking it tells you to phone a number upon phoning the number your call is continually cut. now im sitting with a car that i am being overcharged on that i cannot cancel. will never recommend this site to any one. Most overpriced and and unhelpful. thanks to you for making my trip to Johannesburg a terrible one to begin with.
This is ridiculous an hour and half waiting for our pizzas from Debonairs Westville. I have a hungry child now and I must now pay for 2 takeaways. Sorry debonairs but this isn't our first issue with you but it will be our last.
After countless calls to fix YOUR errors with my details on the account, where you guys haven't been taking down the correct banking details after countless calls - to finally getting the details correct. To now having my account debited for no reason whatsoever after being told that my account will not be touched this month! I will be moving my business elsewhere. and I will never recommend this insurance rubbish to any one out there.
this is one of the worst banks in SA, this is complete ridiculous! R126 in internet banking fees where all other banks are free! in the last 10 days I have been charged almost R200 in BANK CHARGES alone. I will never ever recommend this bank to anyone and I am in the process of changing. you guys should be ashamed of the fees you are charging people
We bought a pair of hi tec takkies from tekkie town a month ago and in that month the stitching has come apart aswell as the takkies started peeling. Upon trying to phone the Crescent, Westwood and Springfield branch all of which don't answer the phones we got through to the west street branch where we were informed we could return the takkies at any store. We decided to go to Westwood as we were in the area when we got there the staff informed us we have to send a complaint through to head office and wait two days for them to either accept the claim or through it out. No where in the shop or T and C does it state we have to wait two days. The shop store were very unfriendly and unhelpful. How does tekkie town expect a customer to hand over the shoes and wait 2 days to hopefully get a response. Who pays for the fuel up and down? In the Westwood store the counter at the back has countless nails sticking out one of which injured my child. We now have a pair of takkies we can't return nor use. Will never recommend this shop to anyone and if you have any issues you will never get any response from the customer care! Only give one star due to the fact I have to rate it I would love to give no stars
this is now the second time that Virgin Mobile has taken all my data and airtime and its no where near the expiry date! <br> the first time they took almost 300 MB of data and now today again 100Mb and R24 worth of airtime, I cannot afford to keep buying airtime when they keep taking it! I will definitely be changing to a different network at the end of the month! <br> one that is more affordable and wont keep stealing my stuff
