If you want peace of mind stay away from Vodacom contracts.i always get a random invoices, I pay way more than what we agreed on and when I call I get send from pillar to post , no one has an answer for. I paid 1850 and I am getting another invoice that’s says I owe Z I paid more than 2600 last month. I am so over Vodacom, I will never return as a customer to this ***** service.
I am so dissapointed with Doodle kids. I just forfeited my deposit because my daughter is 15 minutes late. On top of that they are rude and won’t explain properly and suggest how to rebook for another day. It hurts after being a loyal client for such a long time. Anyway they have just lost a client I will find another salon for my child.
We track cars is a ****. You signed up with them and after that they are nowhere to be found. My tracking device was removed and up today nobody has called me yet every month they deduct money from my account. When you call the company for any query with the number provided, they tell you someone will call you back and that never happens.
I cancelled my ticket and requested a refund. Paid R1 577.00 and I received a refund of R197. Day light *******.
My experience with the city club in Cape Town has been the worst. Their hotels are dirt dirty and the bookings are not what they seem online. I booked in The Warwick in Greenpoint and the place was dirty, blinds not working and the balcony door broken and not locking. I also booked 1 On Albert with them n the place is extremely dirty, no WiFi ad promised and the bedding and curtains dirty. I booked Mountain View, instead they placed me by the train railways, it’s noisy and stinks of bins. They don’t respond to messages or calls, they simply don’t care. You literally have to book with them at your own risk because there’s no direct contact or proper communication details to reach them on. Should anything happen, you are on your own
Terrible place to stay. There is no accountability whatsoever in fact if anything happens to you there you are on your own. There’s no WiFi I have called emailed, sent WhatsApp but there’s no response nor communication. Calls are not answered or dropped. The pots are dirty n impossible to cook with and there’s nobody to directly complain to. It’s definitely my last time here it’s just unfortunate I booked for 10 days I wish I knew.
Terrible airline. Overbooked and stories while the stuff is very rude about the situation. Boarding stuff also very rude, they are throwing things around and gossiping about passengers. I’m definitely never using this airline again

My monthly loan repayment balance went up after I made payment instead of decrease. Can someone please tell me what is happening. When I call the line keeps breaking. I never missed any payment, this is very stressful
