Disgusting service, arrogant service reps
Mweb to reset router. I called several times no one could assist me. First person said I must buy anew router because that is not their router , second was not willing to guide me on how to reset , she said my router is not their router , she ended up dropping the line. I am really frustrated , I have spend 3hrs calling my call is now getting dropped by the same people I spoke earlier0 replies

Bad service
I called to have my card delivered at centurion mall when i got there it was not sent, i called i was told i will get it delivered ag my work, still nothing and i need yo be out of the country1 reply

Disgraceful service
I upgraded an account to prestige, worst decision of my life since that day i am not able to use the card i was allocated a personal banker who is never available , I have called over 5 times each call about 20 min i still cannot fond help3 replies

A *****ulent account was opened, my bank account debited, twice now I have bank charges and did not meet my monthly debit order as they deducted the money. I told them i did not apply for any service and they still approved the account3 replies
