False advertising
I saw an advert that 5 leggings and vest for R120 I took when I had to pay it was R240 when I told the supervisors she didn't help and when I call the call center they say it is mix and match but that was not written on the adverti*****t

Bad service
I bought two cell phone online at incredible connection and one didn't work from the first day I took it back to the store they said they have to take it back to supplier even today I have received refund or new phone, And the second one it stop working from few months then i took it back same story and I have received it ,now they have both phone with them and now one is telling what is happening I took back to incredible connection Vaal Mall

Bad service and falls adverti*****t
The is a special of super Sunday deal and when I sent my daughter to go buy the branch is evaton mall to her the special is finished meanwhile it is not I did put my complain to them and the only reply I get is them asking for my contact details and I gave it to them and I haven't received any feedback back

Extremely bad service

Bad service and useless insurance
I have a phone insurance with vodacom and my phone got stolen and i put a claim in December untill today no one is coming back o me with a reason what is going on and they still taking money every month for the phone

poor service from reavaya
I had a problem with my reavaya card i went to customer service they told me it will take 30 days to refund my money and 30 days passed no refund they told me the person that have to refund me is on leave he will do it when he comes back and he is back but no refund they tell me i have to wait 14 day again that mean it 74 day before i get my money back,i got the bad service ever,i had to keep calling them to find out about my money,i am unhappy
