So it's happened to me twice, my mother on numerous occasions, when with me as well and today it happened again and another women in the que said it happens to her often as well and it unacceptable and needs a thorough investigation! On every occasion they double scan products and then when caught out the cashier and supervisor gets extremely ****y! Trying to make out like it isn't an issue! If this had happened once it wouldn't be an issue by rectifying the problem immediately and not letting it happen again but it continues to happen with no repercussions what so ever and it's starting to look more and more suspicious each time! Im disgusted in the staffs attitude at the store as well with handling issues which just stinks of guilt of wrong doing!!! Your store is a disgrace and I will not enter it ever again. Rather give dischem my business going forward! How many others and elderly have they caught out with their instore little **** to date that havent picked up on it?!!! Its absolutely disgusting that you allow this to happen so often! Surely on cash ups and monthly stock takes you pick up on incorrect stock levels and cash flow?!!! This isn't monopoly money that you dealing with! You are playing with people's livelihoods! You should be ashamed!!!!!! Furthermore at the teller there is nothing to display the amount owing. You just get told what needs to be paid! If this doesn't sound suspicious to you then I would question your integrity!
I've had the unbelievably amazing experience dealing with the werkie team! Their time, understanding and constant communication is just unbelievable! Can't name one person because it definitely felt like a team effort in finding me a new job! Thank you Werkie team for everything, really appreciate it!!!!
So it's been over 6 days on the 7th day now to be exact. Theo, Jhavid, Sihle (customer care) have all **** to me from the 1st day of me requesting a refund! Took them 2 days to collect the car, the dekra report was incorrect (issues with the car that wasn't on the report). I was **** to about a refund and when. I was asked for proof of Account 3 times of which I sent 3 times. Was promised a refund payment to be in my account before 12 today and still not in! They sent a POP only now at 12:30. Was only actioned at 12:30, another lie. Was told it'll reflect at 12, another lie! Sihle at customer care just hasnt the decency to get back to nor follow up with a client! We buy cars has made this whole experience a complete nightmare and inconvenience and none of the above mentioned are will to take accountability nor responsibility for it! We buy cars should bury their heads in shame and start relooking at their structure etc from management straight down to the cleaner! Thinking that it's ok to play around with people's money is not ok!!! Your company disgusts me and many others that I've spoken to now as well! I will be taking this further!!!
Bought the car on Wednesday at we buy cars riverhorse. Once driving the car home it got approximately 3km from the depot and broke down. On the journey home the car broke down at least 10+ times. Called the agent and informed him of the issue that what they said was a heat sensor was way more serious! One the car report there was no such issue reported as well. On the test drive it never picked up as well (have a witness to it as well). I was then asked to try bring it back to the branch (knowing very well that the chances of breaking down again he asked me that). Eventually said he'll arrange for it to be collected on the Thursday and I'll be refunded in full. Its now Friday and the car was bought on Wednesday. Still waiting for it to be collected which I was told that it will be at 8am. Its now 9am have a recording of the conversation too. Phoned the customer care yesterday as well and at that point my frustration was through the roof! I asked for the recording which is my legal right to have and was told she cant and I need to request it from their supervisors which needs to run via their lawyers! This whole experience has been a complete nightmare! I want the vehicle collected immediately and for my refund to be made ASAP! Your buyer and mechanical team need to be reprimanded for the lack of responsibility and SOP of what your service and their job requires! Absolutely disgusting. Furthermore your constant annoying calls for a maintenance place that i said I dont want and didn't give consent to calling me is not on! There is a thing called the popi act which you have absolutely no problem with following!
Bought Ramfest VIP tickets which due to unforseeable circumstances I cant make it. Read their terms and conditions on a refund which I fall within. Howler have denied my request for a refund which is way ahead of the festival and know very well that they will sell the ticket easily. I had a wedding invitation come through after booking the ticket. My family always comes 1st! Howler obviously thinks that they can decide your life for you! The ridiculous interrogation method they have for a refund is ********* as well. You are pretty much forced to do what they want within the refund questionnaire. This isn't the 1st time I've had issues with Howler! Prior was issues with the refund on the wristbands. Howler ticketing and events are a complete disaster and raise some very questionable methods etc. When trying to get hold of someone via email there is just absolutely no response at all. They hide from the problem immediately!
Since when do people have to pay to search for a job???? Its an absolute load of *******! Once you cancel the subscription they still try to take money from your account!!! They a bunch of **** artists and pnet etc should remove them from their recruiters immediately! ********* and unjust!!! Probably run by the ANC too!!!
I brought my dog in that had to be operated on which seemed to have been an abyss. Tests were did which till now I have no results of. My poor dogs looks worse now than what she did when I first took her in and the vet who dealt with her never spoke to me personally about her situation, instead had the assistant speak to me (extremely unprofessional). I'm not happy that what I for, for a family member was not dealt with in a professional manner and then charged for it too!!! Furthermore for the consult I tried calling and understandably the phones were down. I drove through instead due to phones down. Got there and was told I could leave my pet there till the doc arrived and will be called to come in for it. A consultation was done without me present, tests were taken without my consent! This is the professionalism that I've had to deal with. I wouldn't suggest taking your pets here unless you want to be unhappy with the end result!
If there was a 0 star rating then I'd be using it. I've tried getting answers for over 3 weeks now from them and I get no information about what I'm asking about at all. My provident claim was processed from my HR over 2 weeks ago and I've requested for the claim number etc on numerous occasions and get absolutely no help what so ever! Still waiting on a proper response and have had none!!! It's really not a game playing with people's money and savings!!! Exactly why I'm withdrawing. No response!!! Legal action!!!! It's pretty simple! I have consulted an attorney on this matter and a way moving forward if I don't receive proper feedback within 24 hours!
Service from start to beginning was absolutely atrocious! Had to phone to figure out what was happening with my order and dealt with rude sales consultants. When something eventually happen then they told me to collect it from the store close to me. Went there after a week of waiting to figure out what's going one and then the store has no idea why I'm there and was not communicated with. Needless to say I cancelled my new contract before it even started!!! If this is what I have to deal with now then why would I deal with it for the next 3 years of the contract.
I've been on hold for over an hour. The first agent answered tried helping then put me on hold for another 10 min. Sizwe answered and apparently can't help and there are no managers nor anyway of getting hold of management. My moving request was submitted over 2 weeks ago and to date no one has contacted me yet. I have called each time to no available and hours spent on hold even hung up on. I'm still waiting for some sort of confirmation of date etc. But you never late on taking my money each month. Been a client for 5 years and considering cancelling!! Poor service provider
