This company that reports to be an old reputable institution and linked to FNB is a Spammer I am sure. Their e-mail address is a very odd one, the other reviews all complain about been spammed. I have requested they stop sending me their loan forms because so not interested and they continue at least 4 times a week using my limited data up.
Excellent on line shopping experience. They got the book and kept me informed through out the process. I will use them again.
I recently had need to send gifts ordered online from NetFlorist to a business up north of Gauteng and also to New Zealand. I am very impressed and will definately use NetFlorist again. They kept informed by tracking progress and confirmed exactly when the order was delivered. The product I ordered was exactly what was delivered. They have a large variety to choose from. NetFlorist has my future business as the need arises.
Vodacom Mall of the South. Recently I needed to buy a smart phone for my 88 year old mother. I went 1st to the top floor shop and was assisted by a very friendly lady. (Ouch forgot her name). We were then directed to the shop below to get Moms contacts moved over to the smart phone. Lebo assisted us. She was amazing; patient and competent. No stress later we were all sorted. Three Rivers Vodacom would do well to copy the efficiency and friendly professionalism of the 2 Vodacom outlets at Mall of the South.
I have endless frustrations with Eskom. From trying to log a fault to battling to get through to speak to a consultant. I do not want to speak to a robot. I call their list Customer services number and get disconnected. When I do e-mail I receive an acknowledgment but never ever get a reply. Maybe if enough people complain it will rain frogs and Eskom may listen.
I informed Wimpy of the very poor service at their Meyerton Franchise some time ago. Unfortunately after taking my elderly Mom to the bank we needed coffee and to use the rest rooms. The service had improved but the rest rooms were a biohazard. Both the toilets for wheel chairs and the normal one smelt horribly due to unflushed, blocked toilets, there was no toilet paper. When I went to complain to the manager he could not be found. Maybe I should have called the Health Department rather.
Shannon Briggs recently dealt with the conveyancing for our Mom's property. Shannon went out of her way to assist (going to the home to get papers signed). She was always professional, supportive and kept us informed. This type of service is exceptional especially considering she was not only dealing with a anxious 88 year old lady, it was during COVID and also during the KZN civil unrest.
Recently my 88 year old Mom stayed in The Village Guest House, Henley on Klip, Meyerton, Gauteng. What a very good experience. The cottages were clean and attractive. Joan and her son, Raymond, made Mom feel welcome and catered for her special needs. I recommend the place and look forward to family staying there when they come up.
In the midst of the unrest in KZN our 88 year old mother was moving up to Gauteng. Biddulphs, when they could move again, packed up all her possessions and safely transported them to her new home. (She was already up in Gauteng so they did it without her been there). The crews were very professional, friendly and went the extra mile. In choosing a Transporter I checked hellopeter first. Biddulphs was the 2nd most "expensive" one but what decided it for us was that one of their managers went to the house, intemised everything that needed to be moved and gave a quote accordingly. Thank you to Bidulphs you get our vote. I am glad we chose you.
I tried to post this comment on the Wimpy site but received an error. Looks like their site is as bad as their coffee. "Yesterday I went into your Meyerton franchise. I waited 15 minutes before I was given a menu. The store had a max of 6 tables occupied with no one taking down details of customers at the front desk so I just sanitized and sat down after indicating to a waitress where I was going. After ordering it took 20 minutes so get my cold toasted sandwich. The Wimpy mega coffee was a surprising disappointment in that it was weak. The toilets were clean and I received the correct change. I will support Spur in future."
