Its blows my mind that in the first dealings with Igrow they ask you to put amazing reviews on google regarding the service they render. Good service se gat!!! I have dealt with Igrow since 2020 so I am well versed in their "Incredible service" You need to basically do their agents jobs for them. They don't respond to emails, answer call or respond on Whatsapp. You have to always go to their managers to get any kind of feedback. They don't pitch up for exit inspections or entrance inspections. They expect you to move into properties riddled with mold and countless other issues. But withhold your previous deposit due to a little bit of dust because it took them 14 days to do a exit inspection during this time windows were open because they didn't bother to pitch for the exit inspection!!!!!! They have a check list a mile long when you need to exit a property but they are fine with allowing you to move into a property with a lot of issues and then when you move out try and hold you responsible for said issues even though you moved into the property dirty dusty and full of problems. Then their maintenance teams come and fix things and leave it worse off than before. Then they sit in a little circle trying to find out who is to blame and who is going to fit the bill taking even longer to pay back deposits. This will be the last time I ever use IGROW!!!!! learn from my mistake and just dont do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been with Rain since March of 2020, Due to us moving over to Fiber we decided to cancel our Rain WIFI on the 24/02/2024, They took what should of been their last payment for the month of Feb on the 25/02/2024. They cancelled our service on the 01/03/2024. So to date no services were rendered by them during the Month of March. They had the cheek to deduct funds this morning 25/03/2024 for the post charge for the month of March for services we didn't receive!!!!! Their customer service department gives generic responses with no actually acknowledgment for the query at hand.
I would like to thank Ronica and Malebo for there amazing service. Extremely professional and they went the extra mile when looking for a car best suited for me!!!

Absolutely appalling service. Awaiting a refund for 460 days. You get pushed around from pillar to post to get an answer (we have escalated it). The worst institution in this country!!! Highly suggest no one ever uses them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is extremely u professional and sell you empty promises. When starting the policy it was clearly indicate to the consulate what the policy would be used for and they repeatly advised it would be covered. However when doing the enquiry it clearly was not. False advertising.
I have been requesting a Refund from intec since June. I was told 90 I will be refunded its now October and no refund. I have email 14 different and no replies. You try and phone and you get no where. Absolutely disgusting
I have spent 25 hours in total at the UIF in Benoni, firstly there security is rude and will not allow you to speak to supervisors and then chase you out because you wait to speak to a manager. I applied for maternity benefit in the beginning of November and its now February. My application was approved with in 30 days which was great but since then I have signed three times for my funds and they still haven't come through. I contacted the manager after three days of constant calling until I eventually got through only to be told to come in again and still nothing has come of it. I have been sending emails with no response to the manager of the UIF branch. I am so sick of the service of this country. You work hard to give them the money only to fight tooth and nail for them to pay you out... What for????? They need to get there act together.
