I was supposed to receive my package via DPD LASER COURIERS . apparently my parcel has been delivered how ever the courier never reached out to me to say my package has arrived. when contacting TYPO / COTTON ON THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP AS MY PACKAGE HAS APPARENTLY BEEN DELIVERED. I have always bought from Typo and cotton on and this will be my last because of this horrible service received
PATHETIC SERVICE I was supposed to receive my Typo order via DPD Laser yesterday. However its says my package got delivered. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE I HAVE BOT RECIEVED A CALL TO SAY THE COURIER DRIVER IS HERE NOTHING . Now when phoning they say driver will return later today to correct it WHAT does he want to correct as I DONT HAVE ANY PACKAGE. When emailing a ticket is opened for investigations but closed without any resolution.
I have logged a call with DSTV on the 8the of June with regards to my Disney nor working on my decoder ( my wifi and my Disney account is fine can watch on other devices) I have then started following up everyday with regards to this issue they have contacted me a few times with updates and then said we can communicate via email with regards to this query as we were not getting anywhere . It has now been a whole week of following up via email so I have traces AND NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME !!! It is horrible service from DSTV's side as they have confirmed this is an error from there side . I need to get feedback ASAP as I am sick and tired of not receiving feedback and DSTV CANNOT FIX A ERROR THAT IS THEIR FAULT!!!!
I ordered 2 items from Takealot on the 25th of February 2022 And Yes both items were in-stock. I opted to go to a pick up point close to my work. On the 28th of February 2022 I sent a message asking what I should do as one item was in stock the other one was not so I basically asked can I collect the one and wait for the other? Then the response was "Hi, thank you for reaching out to Takealot.com. You would need to collect the items together as they will not release one item at a time, however, once your items are ready for delivery/ collection you will be informed." So of course I waited for the message to say both items are available. No communication what so ever from Takealot messaged again on Friday 04th of March 2022 only to get a reply 6 hours later saying both items are at the warehouse and we can collect . Had an event could not go . So went to pick it up today . Got there they only gave my boyfriend the one item not saying anything about another order I phone in and they said both items are there but two different QR codes I mean *** as they said on the 28th the order will only be released together. My boyfriend asked the guy behind the counter TWICE is there not another order he said no !!!!! And left. My boyfriend had to go all the way back AGAIN ! Because the order was there .( Thanks to the consultant who I spoke to from Takealot that actually HELPED me and gave me CORRECT information) So firstly **** service from Weltevredenpark pick up point and the social media team !! The communication from there side obviously needs to be worked on!! Very Upset and I will not use Takealot again ! And will advice all friends and family about this horrible experience!
My previous review was made on 8/12/2020 as below. So I went to vodacom 4u Clearwater on the 24th of October. I paid my vodacom account in store. Somehow lost the slip luckily I have proof on my statement of payment. Got my new statement in November show that I am behind on my payment. I was confused send vodacom a Facebook message. They replied to say the following "Hi Shannon-lee, Have you discussed this with the store manager?" and to tell them how it goes. Anyways I phone vodacom call center q very friendly lady helps log a query. No reply did send my statement to *********** and still no reply went to the store 28th of November tell them what is going on. Then they said the manager is so busy I must leave my details they will phone as soon as he is a available( still awaiting that call) because they cannot track anything. Last week phoned the store explained everything again. Once again they took my details still NO RESPONSE!! HOW THE HELL CAN VODACOM NOT TRACK A PAYMENT MADE IN STORE!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! IF YOU CONSIDER OPENING A VODACOM CONTRACT DON'T ! Vodacom VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS **** SERVICE Guess what it is still not sorted and I am getting really irritated right now STILL NOT SORTED FROM NOVEMBER 2021 NEVER EVER OPEN N CONTRACT WITH VODACOM

i phoned the telkom branch in Cresta . When they answered they onky said hello . not hi this is telkom cresta you speaking to ... when i asked if this is telkom cresta he said yes . when i asked if they can check when i can upgrade he said wait gave the phone to a rude lady ... when i asked if i could give my id numbr she said no ... i couldnt even talk any further sooo rude and useless you should check your staff maybe teach them how to speak to a client over the phone
