Ordered blinds. Between contractor and metro lifestyle THEY made a mistake, firstly waited 1 month for blinds to arrive, they don’t take responsibility and I had to pay for a second set and still getting the run arounds!! Very frustrating, 2 months later, paid DOUBLE for the same blinds and still not completed. Why must your customer suffer like this?
Mall at reds cash converters. From “management” to staff. Please go back to training. Very rude and bad customer service. Racial check needed.. Never setting foot in any Cash converters ever! And this goes for Every one I know.
Poor Service , Poor Communication, Lack of planning, Horrible company to work with or get anything from!! Took you 5 Months to come and collect a package. after wasting my time on more than 4 occasions! utter *******!
I am only Putting one star because there is no option for Zero Stars! Horrible service from Outsurance. I have requested call recordings from my claim and they keep saying they have sent. Lie after Lie pillar to post, making me look like a fool. very Unacceptable and unprofessional. Outsurance does not care about you as a client, they just want your premiums!! I would not recommend them to anyone! rather pay more and get better service

Very Poor service Called 3 times. Long waiting time and calls constantly get dropped. I sent several emails with n acknowledgement or response. Very sad indeed.. Horrible service.
Good day,<br> On thursday 18 February at 6am (family friend and I)traveled to Polokwane to visit and purchase a laptop. Makro is 105KMs (one hundred and five kilometers) away <br> we asked for the Asus Laptop bundle. i asked about the bag and a sales man pointed and said he will collect it. when it was time to pay.we found the laptop at the till and a laptop bag near it. we payed for the laptop and put the laptop and bag into the trolley. when leaving, the security guard stopped us to check our purchase, she told us the laptop bag was not on the slip, I mentioned that it was a bundle she told us to wait.after 15 minutes she came with a young sales man, he didn't introduce himself and came with so much bad attitude. He went on to say that the Bag is inside the laptop box, before we could make sure, he ripped the box open. the laptop wasn't for us. and we told him. he said he will just re-seal it and attempted to with different tape! he then showed no respect to the family friend whos older than us!. We asked for the sales manager who came with colleagues and created a scene! to make us look bad! all we wanted was a sealed box. an implication of returning the goods and leaving by an emplee
