- unacceptable service. - empty promises, please listen to recordings. - order placed 19 November, still no tracking number - 2 mails no response - 2 phonecalls, agents promised to sort my issue, still no response or feedback. - holding on, average 17 min - I had to spend additional funds to buy my tennis shoes, because of Adidas not honouring there service level agreement. Never again!!
We have a new home loan account. We are trying to link a access bond. We have now spoken to 4 consultant and every person has different stories. A lot of apologies without any solutions. For an international company this is not very professional.
Keep debiting my account even thow service was cancelled 3 month ago. Even received mail confirmation. Poor very poor. Have to use my time to go to the bank to reverse debietorder.

I have been holding 30 minutes now to speak to a internet banking call center agent. this is pathetic and every body is blaming cov 19, just funny that Capitec answered within 5 min.
I returned back from holiday Friday 5 January 2018, my wifi was down so i contacted Afrihost, after the 1st call, 44 min and 2nd call +- 30 min we released it must be the line. A call was send to Telkom. I pay a fee to Afrihost to deal with Telkom, but unfortunately it seems that i am the only one that urgently wants to get my line fixed. Every day i must follow up with them and all that Afrihost replies is that the problem is with Telkom technicians . My last couple of calls i had to insist on the Afrihost consultant to call a manager at Telkom and to put pressure on them to fix the line. Numerous times the consultant will tell me not to worry i will get a credit, thats all good and well, but they will not pay me back all the Vodacom bundles i had to buy and time i have to spent to try and fix my problem. No ownership was taken by Afrihost to get the problems solved. As i write this review i am still waiting!! It will be better for me to change to Telkom directly and manage them from my side , it will save my money and i will probable get it done faster.Thanks
<p> I needed an urgent package to go to my father in Somerset West, it was already after 15h00 on Monday afternoon. I contacted Janine at Dawn Wing Nelspruit and within 30 min Sifiso very friendly and very competent collected my package and off he went. Unbelievably my father phoned me 17h00 Tuesday afternoon telling me that Dawn Wing just delivered my package. Wow!! And thanks.</p>
I applied to Telkom to install a line at my house (ASDL), I was pleasantly surprised when I received great service all the way from William who installed the line to the call center agent that converted my line to ASDL. WOW !! All in all 7 day's .Keep up the good work and thanks.
