I have been trying to unblock a transaction that FNB bas blocked on my virtual business card. (Without notification). I have been bounced from number to number. Many of which are no longer active. no one is willing to assist.
Has anyone had the displeasure of working with the standard bank Forex department? They are stuck in the 1900's its a smidge better than smoke signal communication. When you receive an incoming payment from a foreign customer you either need to phone the trading desk or book an exchange rate online prior to receiving the funds. The procedure itself is not too cumbersome, its just pointless. When you book a rate you get one option, you just have to say 'Yes", there is no negotiation, just a waste of my time. "Bank charges to follow booking". They state that the reason for booking a rate is to allow customers the option of booking a preferential rates, their is not option to automatically choose the spot rate. "Bank charges to follow booking". When you make a payment to foreign supplier, you also need to book a rate, (No negotiation) "bank charges to follow booking" then you are required to magically know that you need to email supporting documents to standard bank. (There is no prompt anywhere stating any of the requirements while making payments) "Bank charges to follow payment" If they require any additional supporting documents they email you a request, when you submit the documents via email. you are then informed that the timeline has expired, and you should start the process again "Bank charges to follow" To sum this all up, everything is done via email, Their is no online dashboard of receipts and payments pending documents. Their is no instruction manual. Their is no option to upload documents. You have no choice but to fill out documents manually and submit these via email to one of their departments. (That do not communicate with each other) "Bank charges to follow" That fact that they call this a service and charge their customers for the privilege astonishes me on a daily basis. Very useless communication with customers. Info mailbox is basically unattended. They have cut their phone lines, I can only assume this is due to customer complaints. Tracking details are non-existent, customer basically fly blind. Their website indicates clearly that deliveries take 7 to 10 working days. This is probably wishful thinking or a company aspiration, but it is far from the truth. There appear to be a number of positive reviews on Hello peter, most of which appear to be users who only positively rate Snatcher. Very suspicious! Will update post when and if I receive my package.
No feedback provided to me, I had to Phone on a weekly basis to get an update on my vehicle. Estimated time of completion changed 5 times. I had to rearrange my rental car on a daily basis. They promised me that they would keep me updated, I am still waiting on those phone calls. When I eventually received my car back, the rear window looked like it had been dragged around on a dirt road, it had been scratched beyond all recognition. My rear window winder had been broken off and politely inserted into my cup holder. When I complained about the damages I was accused of trying to get pre-accident damages fixed. They then told me to be grateful that they fixed my car and they would give me a special price to fix the damages that they caused??!?!?!?!?!?
I recently moved my cell plan over to cell C. I have a monthly contract which I pay for. I receive 600 call minutes, a number of uselles sms's and a small data plan. I constantly have connectivity issues and coverage seems to be a big problem. I very seldomly am able to make phonecalls due to this. I recently tried to contact a number of my clients who operate off of "Special Numbers" The connection was not possible. I contacted the Cell C call center and they say that I may only use my Minutes that I PAY FOR to contact certain numbers. "SPECIAL NUMBERS" do not apply. They then informed me that I would need to load a monetary value of additional airtime onto my plan in order to connect with these "SPECIAL NUMBERS". This was not disclosed when I signed for the contract and I find it completely ridiculous that I am paying R850 a month to let CELL C decide with whom I may communicate with. I moved over from vodacom : Package R600 Monthly AIRTIME 2GB Data and I asked the sales person for a similar package with Cell C This sort of issue would seem like a pretty good thing to bring up when they are making a sale.
Vumatel completed my fiber installation at my residence. My ISP was unable to complete the connection due to the fact that Vodacom incorrectly connected my recidences object number to their service. (I never applied or even contacted Vodacom for this service) I have been bounced around their call center for the past 4 weeks, Support to sales and back and forth. They are unable to Identify me on their network ( funnily enough, i never signed up) they are unwilling to contact Vumatel directly. There are no reference numbers for their call center, each time a phone I have to start my case from square one, with a different agent who immediately tells me that I have to speak with another department. Once I am through to the other department the ping pong begins! Average waiting time on the call center line is 25 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>A few months ago we held a meeting with the MD of acc fin.</p> <p> </p> <p>This "Cloud based" solution was promised to be the solution to all of our problems.</p> <p>On implimentation we realised that none of what was promised could be delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>The software is hosted on the cloud but due to very poor programming the programme often freezes and times out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Navigation and user interface is completely illogical.</p> <p>We were promised that our tems would benefit from time saving.</p> <p>Our teams ended up spending more time on the support line with Acc Fin than actually completing the task.</p> <p> </p> <p>It Turns out Acc Fin Sky is not a product that "Works the way you think"</p> <p>but rather a product that they "Think might Work"</p>
I placed 5 phone calls, the system is on an endless loop. Someone eventually answers but immediately places you on the on the landing page to start over again.<br> <br> This continues several times until eventually someone answers and hangs up on you.<br> <br>
