I am at the point where I have to choose an alternative way of public because I am tired of unnecessary penalties, I was charged R120 penalties and I must wait 7 days for a reversal which is not fair, why must I wait for so long but when you charge penalties you charge immediately 😡😡. I am also frustrated by the staff attitude always unwilling to assist. I went to Sophia town on Wednesday morning 13 August to query about about my charges and the lady who was on duty, she gave I don't care attitude as always, I was expecting that from her, she's always moody her service is horrible. I asked for a customer service contact number and she refused to give me the details instead she told me that she doesn't know the numbers,
I am very much concern about overdraft that I did not apply for but every month I must pay an overdraft fee which is service fee who ate that o/d or app**** for coz I don't remember applying for an overdraft, right now my account is overdrawn with close to R1600.00 . where is the proof that I took o/d. Every month I receive a statement with an overdraft my salary is not even at STD bank how did I qualify for that credit facility.
Service it's *** ,they treat ppl badly ,we are treated badly ,more training needed to your staff. and stop lying about offline they have don't care attitude there's always a piece of paper written offline at Campus Square for two weeks system is offline everytime, please take us seriously because if it wasn't because of commuters you would have been unemployed and you are not doing us any favours.fix your system we are paying for the *** service that we are getting. Thokoza park service is better, always willing to assist especially in the morning, it's township but the service compared to Sophia Town is way better . I went there to load because I know that after 3 always offline and there was no signage to say whether system is on or off,pull up your socks.
Pucto driver overcharged me because I paid cash,he took advantage of that, today it was my first time paying R42 from campus square to Chiawelo and the driver doesn't listen to passenger as I was trying to explain to him that I was charged a trip for 26 and I always pay that amount but you can't tell him anything. He told me that my trip ends in New Canada and I must pay R16 from New Canada to Chiawelo.Bus no 4079 dated 02/08/2024 I never had such bad experience with Pucto but the driver made me hate Pucto 💔💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
This is my second complaint I don't know what do you want from me last year, I kept on receiving messages that I will be listed on itc and after my issue was resolved I got a break, yesterday my account debited by cartrack and I don't have car,even if I will have car your company will be number last. I just need a clarity why am I debited for the service that I do not have. ARE YOU SCAMMERS?
I am very annoyed with Johannesburg water I used more than R200 airtime trying to get help since Friday all I get is empty promises, ppl in the call center sometimes they do not answer calls, I have a sewage blocked the water overflowing in the yard and I was told that the ppl who are supposed to assist will assist within 24 hours today it Sunday 6pm no one came and I have already called more than 4 times. I don't understand why we are not treated with sense of urgent instead you keep on calling ppl who doesn't care.
My car was involved in the car accident and it was written off by my insurance, I was not aware that I should have canceled my debit order, I called a call center and they told me that I was owing R700 wich I have requested the company to debit my account on August so that I could cancel their service. Last month I received a message saying that I am listed on Itc after I have paid and now there is debit order that is loaded in my account and I don't know it's for what because I paid everything that I was owing. I paid them in full.
Second complain I thought that my first complain will speed up process, I am still waiting for a loan and this is the 3rd week I don't understand why does it take long to get a reply from my Hr coz I sent them e mail yesterday and they responded within an hour and they even forwarded me e mail that shows that they have confirmed my employment I also forwarded the e mail to finchoice you are not doing me a favour by borrowing me money coz I am going to pay interest .
I applied for a loan with Finchoice two weeks ago they the only thing that I hear from them every time when I phone them is that they are waiting for my hr to confirm employment and the don't phone me back I phone them more than 6 times Customer need not taken seriously This is unbelievable waiting for a loan for two weeks if its an emergency forget about taking a loan with them they are playful.Train your staff before they approve our loans they must be honest and let us know that you can wait for more than a month or weeks to get a loan.
