Disappointed
The flies that are in the store! Flies in the bakery. Flies all over food.

Unprofessional behaviour.
The owner is very rude. Lacks professionalism and communication skills. Has zero respect for clients’ hair. When you call they for a complaint the stupid assistant hangs up.

Bad bad
Bad experience. The towels weren't clean. No gowns offered. The lunch was terrible. The the******s didn't even introduce themselves. No welcome drinks offered.

Dirty toilets
It makes no sense to pay to use toilets that are so filthy and disgusting. The level of hygiene is very questionable. No toilet papers, dirty floors, toilets don't flush, no hand soap etc.

Not professional
I actually rate them zero. Zero response. Zero competence. A package that was set to be delivered between 3-5 days hasn't been delivered 7 days later however an sms was sent out

Rotten food
I'm so disappointed that we were sold rotten food. My colleague and I bought the pre-packed cooked meal for dinner. When I got home and opened the package there was odor but I dismissed that and ate however I couldn't finish the meal as the smell intensified. I woke up to a runny time n experienced that the entire day. My colleague had the same experience.

Bad food
I am so disappointed in the food sold at shoprite. I bought chips n hake there, the chips were so dry and the fish had what looked like an egg.

Totally unsatisfied
I bought a chicken salad today at Nando's jubilee mall, the salad wasn't fresh and it was watery... they just placed the chicken strips on top of the salad honestly it was not blended together. Order number 178.

I'm so annoyed!!!
I am disappointed by the service at PNP jubilee mall, the store doesn't have enough trolleys or baskets and customers are forced to carry products with their hands and this makes shopping unpleasant. I brought plain yogurts (6s *2 PNP brand) in December and found out that the other pack had expired yet it was selling in the fridge. On Wednesday I bought 6s plain yogurt PNP brand I had two of those n this morning I found one with a soury taste yet it expires on the 6/04/19 and this saddens me because I'm pregnant, I even asked my partner to taste it thinking maybe it's my taste buds but he agreed that the yogurt tastes sour.

No Delivery
I have been to the restaurant a couple of times and the services is poor. At first they had run out of stock, or either they are out of electricity. Sometimes the drive thru isn't working. The last time I was there I ordered a twister and they said it wasn't available so I opted for another meal of which there seemed to be problems with as well.
