Super Service by Accident Panel and Paint
My car was damaged and I was referred to this company by Outsurance. Work was carried out before the expected date and looks great. I appreciate their commitment and attention to detail, making a heavy burden lighter. They actually went out of their way to render superb service and did work which was not even specified. The end result is a car that is like brand new. Can recommend them without hesitation

Excellent service by Precision Tow-In Services
I was involved in a motor car accident in which the car was written of and I sustained injuries to my head, neck and back. Vlooi from the company as mentioned attended to the scene. He attended to me as well as my car. I was concussed and did not really know what was happening. Vlooi summoned an ambulance and the SAPS and arranged with my insurance company to have the car taken to their designated person. He also regulated the traffic and basically took control of the scene until the SAPS arrived

Super Service by Gardmed Ambulance Service
I was involved in a motor car accident in which I sustained injuries to my back and neck. While on the scene concussed and not really knowing what to do and where to start, they were on the scene and assisted me. Their examination was thorough and they advised that I should go to the hospital. I actually refused and insisted to stay with my car. They handed me their business card and really wanted me to be transported to hospital but I refused which I later regretted

Outsurance high level of service delivery
I had a little mishap when parking my new car in my garage. I accidentally bumped the front bumper and damaged the parking assist sensor. Very distraught I phoned Outsurance and my mood changed when helped by a super friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Within minutes I received a claim number with details of the repairer where I should take my car. Every step of the way I was kept up to date with developments. Never encountered this high level of client service anywhere else. Super grateful to them for making a an accident bearable

Outsurance best service ever !!
I was involved in motor car accident on 2020-09-18. Before I left the scene the claim was lodged. Within 2 working days the claim was finalized and the money paid out. Very, very good and professional service and empathy by employees of Outsurance. I am sooo totally thankful

UNEQUALLED LEVEL OF SERVICE
I handed my Compressor in for repairs. When work was completed another customer mistakenly took mine. Employees of Stevens & Co in Port Elizabeth ordered and promptly replaced my compressor with a brand new one. I am totally humbled by their level of service which I never encountered before. Thank you ever sooo much.

The Unlimited - very bad company
Scratch & dent policy. Submitted a claim more than month ago. still not finalised. Enquired every day for past week and was informed it will be finalised within 48 hours. Today was informed it is due to technical problems and don't know when it will be resolved. Stay away from this so called company
