I requested a refund, but the store is not approving my refund, I had to call them several times only to be told my refund was not successful because the layby is too old. This is a daily ******* ****, I am very much disappointed.
Captitec bank allow unauthorized mandate debit order to go off in my account without my approval, this is unacceptable and rises serious security issue with the bank. Current I have two active unauthorized debit orders and they are unable to assist me to correct this error.

I was involved in a car accident on 07/04/2024 and MiWay service was extremely excellent. Just after an accident I received a call from Miway to check on me and confirmed that I had an accident. They arranged an ambulance and a towing company in few minutes I got help. The claim was registered was very easy and not frustrating. Thank you Miway and Ndibhuwo for provided excellent service during the difficult times.
On 15 November 2021 I requested Cell C to remove credit history enquiry done under my name from all credit bureaus , hence it was done without my consent but did not get any feedback, the only got I got is cutting off my number, I am not sure if this was done purposefully Cell C or was due to network issues. I request Cell C to remove all these credit enquiries urgently, because this badly affect my scoring for nothing, Customer Service Case Number : 1111500588
On 22 June 2021 I sent an email requesting cancellation of the educational/investment plan policy with Metropolitan, and only got respond saying my request would be attended within 48 hours or sooner but until today nobody responded to my request or explain to me what happened and when the amount due to me will be paid out. Therefore I have taken another decision to cancel all my policies with Metropolitan cause what they say is total an opposite of how they actual handling our cases when we need them the most. I AM VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED and Lost trust on Metropolitan.
On the 12/03/2016 I went to Telkom (Pinecrest Shopping Center), in Pinetown to enquire about my February payment, that didn't go through, A Lady told me that I should wait for Debit to go through there is no other way of doing it, Ok when I ask for the statement she said she can't print me a statement it not allowed, I should wait for an email since I requested a statement via email. On the same day I rushed to another branch at Pavilion (mall), my issues was resolved smoothly, I even paid for the bill. Then today (16/02/2016) I went to Pinecrest Shopping Center again just to check my payment reflection on the system, A Lady just told me the payment will only reflect after a week, she didn't even pay much attention and check on the system just to verify. I AM totally not happy about the way they rendering service, If they can't work on Telkom's credo, the branch should be shut down because it will destroy the whole companies name or they need to train them an teach them company's culture.<br> <br> Philip (unhappy client)

The issue is the slow recovery claim process, I am worried about my profile history if they decide to drop my file because I paid the access, I kept on phoning they always tell \they can't get hold of the third party\", even I sent all the required supporting documents.
