I had a friend deposit cash at an ATM into my account so that I could purchase an air ticket urgently. The ATM took the money but pushed out a slip saying they cannot process the request at the moment due to a technical problem. He went straight into the bank and reported it... I followed up the reference number now and have been informed that the enquiry can take 3 to 4 days to resolve. The ticket price has already gone up by over R200 rand as I was unable to purchase the ticket due to their faulty ATM. They should be responsible for the difference in price due to their incompetence!!! Going to start looking for another bank!!!
I have spent hundreds of thousands with Takealot over the past few years. I have never had a product that I have had to return. I recently purchased a stove cooker hood. It was delivered in March after waiting much longer then I should have for delivery. The item is still in its box. I don't need it anymore as the design of my kitchen has been changed. I contacted Takealot and have been told that I need to deal with the manufacturer directly. It is not a warranty return. I never dealt with the manufacturer when Takealot took my hard earned money. They won't see another cent from me if this is their attitude in dealing with returns!!! Welcome Makro online!!!
Absolutely hopeless!!! Paying lots of money for a data contract and haven't had LTE network for over a month in Mthatha!!! Why should I be paying if they aren't providing the service???
Minus 10 stars for Standard bank!!! After changing my cellphone number I haven't had access to my internet banking. I tried to resolve this through email as I don't want to put myself at risk of a virus by going into the bank... On 2 separate occasions in December, after taking time off of work, I went to the BT Ngebs Branch in Mthatha only to be told that they can't help me because of network issues... On the 8th of January I took another day off of work to sort out the problem... After being made to wait in a queue for over 3 hours I was eventually "helped" by one of their employees... I requested a new card(which was provided) and for her to update my cell number on my profile and for my OTP pin on internet banking... After wasting my morning and putting myself at risk of a deadly virus, I get home to to do a transfer, and my OTP is still being sent to my old number!!! What the **** do I have to do to get this sorted out, as I refuse to put my health at risk again as well as waste more leave days due to pathetic "customer service"??? I am seriously thinking of leaving this bank, which I have been a loyal customer at, for over 15 years!!! I have sent emails and had zero feedback!!! Get your act together!!!
VODACOM up to their thieving ways again... I requsted them to cancel all my contracts in December last year... (2 were about to expire and 1 was expiring shortly after that period) I have now been handed over to their attorneys and blacklisted by these thieves!!! Not once have they contacted me... I instructed their legal person to send me the voice recording of our conversation when I cancelled my contract... ****all to date!!! They try and steal money from loyal customers that is not owed!!! These thieves should be jailed!!! Not the first time that they have stolen money from me!!! Previously they were charging me for "services" that I never requested... I never got the full amount owed returned to me, but eventually settled just to put the problem behind me! Beware of these corporate thieves!!!
Payed for my order on the 18th December as a Christmas gift for my Girlfriend... To date when I check my order online it is still "AWAITING FULFILLMENT"... I have sent numerous emails, messages on facebook and tried calling numerous times... Not a reply on any of the above... Nobody answers any of the extensions when you phone... Really Getting Irritated by this excuse for a company!!! My girlfriend must think that I am lying about getting her a present, because they can't fulfill my order!!!
I am sick of Vodacom stealing my hard earned money... I had a contract which I agreed to pay about R1300 a month for... Vodacom has been illegally debiting my account with amounts sometimes almost double of what I should be paying... I have never agreed to pay a cent more then what our contract was, yet they feel it is good business to steal from their customers... I have tried to email them, but their email is temporarily discontinued... I don't understand the language on the customer care number... I don't know what to do... I think opening a criminal case might be the best thing to do...

I have had a Vodacom contract since May last year. The last few months I have seen an increase on my Vodacom bill... I downloaded the bill and saw that "content services" was being charged... By Vodacom... I phoned them on the 04/07/2017. At that stage they had already stolen almost R1500.00 from my account... I was informed by the Vodacom employee that this often happens and he gave me contact details for Waspa. I was informed that he will unsubscribe from the services(which I did receive SMS's that I was unsubscribed)... I sent an email to waspa and they are still following up... I am still waiting for my money... I am not sure why the **** I should contact them, as I never gave permission for any of the services... Vodacom has illegally debited my account... Imagine how I felt when I checked my bill this month... Over R600 charged again for illegal "Content Services"... I demand that Vodacom pay back my money, which is now over R2100... I am at the stage where I feel like cancelling my contract and opening a criminal case against Vodacom... I never Subscribed for any services, and they have just been stealing my money!!!

Unfortunately I have 3 contracts with Elite mobile. I have seen unknown debit orders coming off my account for a while now. I now am being billed R403 a month for the unauthorized services (7 services and bank charges). I recently got a call from an Elite mobile agent who offered me a new contract. She mentioned these services and I declined them. That is when I realized that Elite Mobile was involved with these illegal debit orders. I expect to receive every cent back that has been STOLEN from me, including the bank charges. I also expect all the illegal debit orders to be cancelled with immediate effect!!! This has been going on for years now. I see this seems to be the way that Elite mobile operates by all the complaints of the same nature... If this does not get sorted out I will be forced to cancel all my contracts and take legal action...
