Absolutely pathetic! Billing department clueless & very long waiting times on the call because we have s lot of airtime waste. of course! How is a company this clueless about basic things? The IVR is easily the worst experience ever. Does not recognise a single option to assist someone. Atrocious! How can an entity like this still operate in 2024 with 1980s technology? Unbelievable
never would i have thought id write a complaint against takealot as i have had a very good experience with them. as always expected, i was looking forward to excellent service & boy did they disappoint. i ordered some stuff online a week ago & they’re still awaiting items to be collected. mind you they have already taken my money. they just updated that i should expected my stuff on monday (2 oct) and not today(friday, 29 sep). what bothers me is that i opted for the collection option in cape town as this is usually the easiest. how can an order be stuck on “01” status for over a week? seriously, just want a refund and i can use that money to buy elsewhere.
Amalinda PostNet in East London, Easter Cape absolutely useless. I paid money for the service & my package was not registered by the “courier” & therefore it cannot be tracked. No one can provide any feedback and my package is vital for enabling the people who are moving my stuff to access the storage unit. Now, I may have to pay extra money for rescheduling or potentially more, for replacement of the package at storage. Its January, I dont have money, especially money to waste. Can competent people please contact me & tell me what the hell is going on????
Easily thee most incompetent bunch of idiots I have had to deal with in my entire life. Move over Home Affairs, the Aspire sales desk is taking the throne. I am absolutely lost for words. Their arrogance is astounding, considering they have no idea what they are doing. I have spent 2 hours, YES 2 HOURS!! Being pulled from pillar to post. Every time I keep getting transferred to the same automated menu by every agent who doesn't seem to know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!! So ****** frustrating! Innovative bank my ass! I want someone to call me immediately, as I have names of these idiots who were flippin rude!
My only regret is that I cannot award a higher rating than this. My claims are always handled with efficiency. Process is easy to understand. Consultants go above and beyond. So far, I have had my phone stolen. Outsurance assisted. My xbox malfunction. Outsurance assisted. And more rrecently my laptop was stolen in my house and yup, you guessed it, Outsurance assisted. Top tier quality service. No frustration experienced because of the seamless interaction and transparency of their processes. Keep it up! You definitely have a lifetime customer in me
Hi, I've paid up my accounts and have been asking for Cell C to remove it from the credit bureau. I've reached out many times. The legal department never gets back to me and this is hurting my score. I was told I'd be given a case number which still hasn't been "sms"ed. Customer service will "transfer" you to legal only for you to be on hold for 30 mins before predictably dropping off. Not sure how this company functions like this in 2021.
My only regret is that I can't give them a lower rating! I have been calling 084 143 for eons to cancel my contract and have been on hold plenty of times with no luck. I have requested numerous callbacks but nothing. I went to the store and they keep telling me to call the number in order to cancel - how ridiculous is that? Never in my life have I opened an account at a store and told I couldn't cancel it at the same store?! Not sure what Cell C's intentions are but its highly unacceptable for a company of this size to operate like this! DON'T BE SORRY, BE BETTER!

Nedbank Investments. Wow, your employees have zero tolerance for happy customers. It makes them sick to their stomachs. We have been investing or stokvel monies with the company since 2015 and evry year without fail, when it comes to withdrawing our money, a consultant messes it up by missing a few docs and only alerting us a 3 days later that we have not submitted all our required documents (which by the way, seem to change very year). We are now forced to wait a few more days in order to get our monies which we had planned on getting on Wednesday 14 Nov 2018, but alas, Nedbank Investment employees really do abhor satisfied clients. I am also quite tired of writing these letter every single round about this time. I know you guys enjoy these posts, but please stop it now. We have suffered quite enough already. Unhappily, Client
